From now on, The Point by SHKP member is entitled to enjoy the following offers upon adding UnionPay Credit Card* and paying parking fee via Auto Payment Service in SHKP Malls App at 18 designated SHKP Malls:
Offer 1: As low as HK$1^ for the first transaction# (Maximum HK$25 off)
Offer 2: HK$10 off for each subsequent transaction＋
*UnionPay Credit Card issued in Hong Kong or Macau with card number starting with 62 is required to be added as the default card in SHKP Malls App in advance.
^HK$1 parking offer is applied on transaction of HK$25 or below while HK$25 off is applied on transaction over HK$25.

If Auto Payment Parking Service is activated, the parking fee will be deducted from the added UnionPay Credit Card after transaction.
1. The Promotion is valid from 19 October to 31 December 2020, both dates inclusive (refers to “Promotion Period").
2. The Promotion is applicable to all UnionPay Credit Cards issued by Hong Kong and Macau card issuing institutions (refers to “UnionPay Card”). Cardholder should complete Contactless Parking registration and activate Auto Payment Parking Service by adding UnionPay Card as the default card in SHKP Malls App (refers to "App") in advance in order to enjoy the offers.
3. The Promotion is applicable to designated SHKP Malls’ car parks with Contactless Parking including apm, East Point City, Harbour North Phase 2-3 (Zone A & B), HomeSquare, Landmark North, Metroplaza, Metropolis Plaza, Mikiki, MOKO, New Town Plaza, Park Central, Tai Po Mega Mall, Tsuen Wan Plaza, V city, V Walk, World Trade Centre, YOHO MALL and Yuen Long Plaza (refers to “Participating SHKP Malls”).
4. Cardholder is entitled to enjoy HK$1 parking fee for parking fee at HK$25 or below or an instant discount of HK$25 for parking fee over HK$25 upon first transaction (refers to “Offer 1”) via Auto Payment Parking Service with UnionPay Card in App after successful registration of Contactless Parking Service and activation of Auto Payment Parking Service. An instant discount of HK$10 can be enjoyed for each subsequent transaction (refers to “Offer 2”).
5. Each UnionPay Card can only be used to enjoy Offer 2 once per day (from 00:00:00 to 23:59:59 of system time) and a maximum of 10 times during the Promotion Period. Offer 1 and Offer 2 can be used on the same day.
6. In case of full refund request with the Offers enjoyed, the actual spending amount will be refunded. In case of partial refund request, the offered value will be refunded in proportion according to the refund request. If the refund is requested on the transaction day, Cardholder is not eligible to enjoy Offer 1 or Offer 2 on the same day again. 7. The Offers cannot be exchanged for cash, gift, service or discount.
8. The Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers (except “Extra Free Parking Hours with UnionPay Card at SHKP Malls”).

10. Each The Point member (refers to “Member”) can register a maximum of 3 vehicle plate numbers using the same UnionPay Card in the App.
11. The parking fee is charged to the default UnionPay Card activated for Auto Payment Parking Service during car exit without card tapping. The receipt will be sent to Member’s account via in-app message. In case the Member settles parking fee with other payment means, should there be any outstanding parking fee, the balance will be paid with the default UnionPay Card during car exits.
12. If the outstanding parking fee cannot be charged to the default UnionPay Card due to issues arising from, including but not limited to system and malfunction of UnionPay Card, the system will send a “Parking Payment Reminder” to Member’s account via SMS and in-app message, and the Auto Payment Parking Service will be disabled. The Member is required to settle the outstanding parking fee within 7 days via the App in order to reactivate Auto Payment Parking Service. Otherwise, all other account functions (including Receipt Upload, Reward Redemption and Contactless Parking Service etc.) will be disabled. Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency Limited (refers to “Merchant”) and Participating SHKP Malls reserve the right to pursue a claim through appropriate means for the outstanding parking fee against the Member.

14. UnionPay International Company Limited (refers to "UnionPay International") is not the service provider and therefore accepts no liability for the quality of service provided.
15. No claims can be made against the Merchant, Participating SHKP Malls and UnionPay International in relation to any failure in the communication networks, mobile applications, mobile devices or any interruption, interception, suspension, delay, blackout, loss, unavailability, mutilation, incorrect data transmission, temporary suspension, delay or failure of any UnionPay transaction arising from POS terminal including related programme software, any POS equipment, bank card, electronic payment system, banking system, telephone line and broadband.
16. The Merchant and Participating SHKP Malls reserve the right to suspend and/or terminate granting any Offers under this Promotion, and/or vary these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The Merchant and Participating SHKP Malls accept no liability for such change or suspension/termination.
17. In case of any disputes, the decision of the Merchant and Participating SHKP Malls shall be final and binding on all parties concerned.
18. Should there be any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and the Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
