Notice：

1)  Total coupon quota of this promotion is 90,000. Daily quota is 3,000 on a first-come first-served basis, while stocks last.

2)  Coupon is valid for 3 days after receiving. Cardholder can enjoy the discount when paying on Pingduoduo App with UnionPay card registered for the coupon.

3)  Each user can enjoy up to 3 times of 5 RMB discount offer.

4)  One UnionPay card can only get one coupon at a time, and need to use the coupon first before get the next one. If the coupon expires and is not used, cardholder can get the next coupon during the promotion period.

5)  Pingduoduo check-out page only display the original amount, the discounted actual transaction amount can be found through the issuing bank information, payment bill or by consulting the customer service (please refer to Article 11 of the terms and conditions for contact information).

Activity Rules：

1. The promotion is available for UnionPay cards issued in countries and regions outside China’s mainland. The promotion period is from 10:00 am on September 5, 2024 to 9:59 am on December 4, 2024 (Beijing time). Please refer to the coupon page for the validity period of your discount coupon. Discount coupon will be invalid after the expiration date and will not be reissued. The latest time of using the coupon on Pinduoduo must not be later than 09:59:59 on December 4, 2024.

2. Cardholder can select an eligible UnionPay card to collect the discount coupon on the designated coupon collection page of the UnionPay App or other channels. After successfully receiving the coupon, cardholder will enjoy an instant discount of RMB 5 for a single spending of RMB 50 or more using the selected UnionPay card on Pinduoduo. Currently, cardholders can make payment in the Pinduoduo App by adding UnionPay card on 多多支付, by UnionPay App, or through Apple Pay with UnionPay card.

3. During the promotion, the quota of discount coupons will be updated on 10:00 every day. Due to system reasons, there may be a slight delay on the page. The specific number of remaining coupons each day can be found on the coupon collection page.

4. When collecting coupons, cardholders should agree to provide the card number for the purpose of collecting coupons. After the coupon is successfully collected, cardholders can check the validity period of coupon and the card number which applied the coupon on the coupon collection page. If the card number for collecting the coupon is inconsistent with the actual payment card number, the discount will not be enjoyed. If the information filled in by the cardholder (including but not limited to mobile phone number or bank card number) is incorrect, the cardholder will not be able to enjoy the discount. And the cardholder shall bear the corresponding responsibility. Please refer to the coupon collection page for checking whether the coupons are successfully collected.

5. During the promotion, each user can collect up to 3 discount coupons. After the first discount coupon is successfully used, the cardholder can enter the coupon collection page again to collect the second discount coupon. The same device, the same registered mobile phone number, the same mobile phone number reserved for bank cards, the same bank card number (physical), the same ID number, the same UnionPay App account, etc. are all considered the same user. 

6. The promotion daily cut-off time is 10:00 Beijing time every day, and a single day for the promotion is from 10:00:00 to 9:59:59 the next day. The coupon is valid for 3 days after the coupon is collected. Cardholders can collect coupon again if the previous coupon is expired, and the acceptance time must not be later than 9:59:59 Beijing time on December 4, 2024. Coupon cannot be used after the expiration time. The coupon will not be refunded, exchanged, or reissued after expiration. Example: If the cardholder collects the coupon at 11:00 on September 5 (Beijing time), the discount will be valid until 9:59:59 on September 8 (Beijing time). If the user collects the coupon at 12:00 on December 3 (Beijing time), the discount will only be valid until 9:59:59 on December 4 (Beijing time).

7. A total of 90,000 coupons are allocated for this promotion, and daily quota is 3,000. Due to limited promotion budget, the daily quota of discount coupons is limited and on a first-come first-served basis, and the promotion will end when all quotas are used up.

8. Apple Pay and UnionPay App support adding UnionPay cards issued in specific countries and regions. The specific supported countries and regions are subject to the information of Apple Pay, UnionPay App and the issuing bank. Some UnionPay cards may fail when adding or making transaction in 多多支付 of Pinduoduo App affected by the configuration of the issuing bank. If you encounter a card adding or payment failure, please inquire with the issuing bank. 

9. The actual payment amount shall be subject to the actual deduction information of the issuing bank. In the event of a transaction cancellation, refund or return, only the amount actually paid by the cardholder will be refunded (excluding the amount of the discount), and the cancellation, refund or return transaction will occupy a discount quota, that is, the discount quota will be deemed to have been consumed and will not be reissued.

10. The purpose of this promotion is to enable more cardholders to enjoy the discount benefits, and UnionPay International Co., Ltd. (“UPI”) reserves the right to refuse the discount, recover the issued discounts, and refuse to participate in any future UnionPay promotions for cardholders who use or are suspected of using the rules and regulations of the program in violation of the rules and regulations of the promotion. This activity is organized by UnionPay International. However, UPI is not the provider of the goods and/or services and shall not be liable for the goods and/or services themselves.
