Terms & Conditions

1.     The offer is valid from 15 July 2022 to 31 December 2023.

2.     This offer is available for a limited time only while supplies last.

3.     The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotions, discounted items and fixed price items (unless specified).

4.     All products and services are available on a first-come-first served basis and are subject to availability while stocks last.

6.     The Promotion is available to the qualifying and eligible cardholders of UnionPay credit, debit and prepaid cards (starting with “62“or “81”) which bears the UnionPay name and logo on the face of the card. Cardholders must settle payment with their UnionPay cards in order to enjoy the Promotion.

7.     The Promotion is only applicable to the reservation of selected and designated merchant properties in certain destinations, made through a dedicated Promotion landing page only at the following URL: www.agoda.com/unionpayth

8.     The Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions of Agoda. Unless otherwise required by applicable laws, in case of dispute, the decision of UnionPay International and/or Agoda shall be final.

9.     This Promotion is only valid for hotels that have the “Promotion Eligible” banner on the search results page and “Pre paid”, “Pay now” room types only. Rooms that have the “Pay at the Hotel”, and “Book Now, Pay Later” flag do not qualify for the promotion.

10.  The Promotion discount is applicable to accommodation room charges only (excluding local taxes, service fees, extra charges, personal consumptions, and the like).

11.  Unless otherwise required by applicable laws, UnionPay International and/or Agoda can change the terms of conditions at any point of time. The Promotion can be suspended or cancelled at any point in time without prior notice.

12.  This Promotion is independent of, and unrelated to, any offer or arrangement between the Bank and the cardholder (payment facility, etc.), which is at the Bank’s sole discretion and for which the Bank is solely responsible and liable.

13.  The Promotion discount will only be displayed on the booking form of the Promotion landing page after entering a valid UnionPay International card number.
