5. Terms and Conditions:

Transaction Exclusions: This offer do not include transactions with the following types of merchants or goods: merchants with regulatory restrictions, high-risk bank merchants and other restricted merchants, auction merchants; consumption vouchers, pick-up vouchers, stored-value cards, welfare cards, face-value cards, gift cards, gift cards, top-up cards, prepaid cards, electronic coupons, membership cards, points cards, cash coupons, vouchers (whether in electronic virtual or physical form) and any other stored-value or value-added goods/services; cigarettes, investment gold bars, insurance plan premiums; government services, charities, social services, and do not include transactions that have been revoked, cancelled, refunded/returned, forged, any transactions found to be fraudulent and ineligible transactions designated by UnionPay International from time to time.

6. Limited Quota: Available on a first-come, first-served in the order of actual transactions, while stocks last.

7. Refunds and Returns: If a discounted transaction is refunded or returned, only the amount actually paid by the user will be refunded (excluding the discount). The discount cannot be reapplied or compensated.

8. Acceptance of Terms: Participation in this offer indicates acceptance of all terms and conditions.

9. Modifications: Within the scope permitted by law, UnionPay International and PayNet have the right to modify the Chinese and English versions of the terms and conditions, change or end the promotion at any time without prior notice, and will not bear any liability caused by any changes or termination of the relevant offers or terms.

10. Discrepancies: In case of discrepancies, the Chinese version of the terms and conditions shall prevail.

11. Dispute Resolution: UnionPay International reserves the final decision in case of any disputes.
