Package Price
The customized packages are divided into four tiers. The lunch prices are 78 yuan per person, 79 yuan - 118 yuan per person, 119 yuan - 148 yuan per person, and 148+ yuan per person respectively; the dinner prices are 118 yuan per person, 119 - 198 yuan per person, 199 yuan - 298 yuan per person, and 298+ yuan per person respectively.
Order Process (Achieve the verification code):
1.Select the desired restaurant, time, and complete the booking process after logging in.
2.Enter 'My Bookings' on the activity page to obtain verification information and keep it (the relevant verification information will also be sent via SMS/email notification).
Verification Process: Enter the restaurant at the specified time for dining and present the verification information to the restaurant for verification (cardholders can also obtain the verification information by logging in to the activity page again). After the meal is completed, the cardholder needs to use a UnionPay card starting with 62 and pay the meal fee through UnionPay payment methods such as POS machine card swiping, mobile Pay, and UnionPay App.

Activity Rules:
1. This offer is only applicable to UnionPay cards issued outside Chinese Mainland.
2.This benefit can only be booked by the cardholder themselves and does not support service transfer. Bookings must be made through the designated activity page. To avoid affecting dining, please confirm whether the activity name ("Restaurant Week Spring 2025") is displayed in the booking information. If the activity name is not shown in the booking information, it is a regular booking, and the confirmation information of the regular booking cannot be used to enjoy the activity package price. If the booking requires advance payment, please refer to the information displayed on the activity menu. Please ensure that the contact information filled in during booking is true and accurate. In case of special circumstances, the platform will contact the cardholder through the contact method filled in during booking.
3.Booking Limitations: During the benefit service period, each cardholder can only have one booking per day per dining period (brunch, lunch, or dinner), and a single booking is limited to 8 seats or less. Each cardholder has a quota of 2 pending bookings at each restaurant. After the cardholder attends and completes the most recent booking at the restaurant for 48 hours, or cancels the booking as required, they can continue to make a reservation at the restaurant. Excluding the above situations, there is no limit on the number of bookings during the service period.
4.Number of Diners: Cardholders need to fill in the number of people who will attend the meal and enjoy the activity package when making a booking. If the actual number of diners is more than the number of bookings, the extra diners cannot enjoy the activity package. If you need to adjust the actual number of diners, please modify the booking information through the UnionPay booking channel or the DiningCity platform 1 hour before the booked dining time. If you need to bring children to dine, please fill in the number of children and it is recommended to call the restaurant in advance to inquire about their children's policy and provide information about the children's age or height.
5.Package Price: Some restaurants may charge additional service fees and taxes. Please refer to the activity menu information published on the activity page for details. If cardholders need to order additional items outside the activity package, please refer to the price and content marked by the restaurant. The activity package cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts of the restaurant, nor can it be exchanged for cash or other products.
6. After successful booking, the cardholder will receive notification messages and emails.
7. Cardholders are requested to present a confirmation message or a successful booking page before dining, and use the designated UnionPay card for checkout.
8.Order Modification and Cancellation: If you need to modify or cancel a booking, cardholders can find the order that needs to be modified/cancelled in 'My Bookings' or 'Order Management' and must complete the operation 1 hour before the booked dining time. Otherwise, it cannot be cancelled and will be marked as an unattended booking by the restaurant, and it will be considered that the cardholder has used the benefit. Some restaurants have special time requirements for modifying bookings. Please refer to the requirements posted on each restaurant's page for details. If the modified time period is full, the modification will be unsuccessful. Cardholders need to re-select the time period or cancel the booking. To avoid affecting the dining experience, cardholders are requested to arrive at the restaurant on time according to the booked time. In case of emergencies that exceed the platform's modification and cancellation time, cardholders need to contact the restaurant directly. Order modification and cancellation are not supported by customer service adjustments from the background.
9.To enable more cardholders to enjoy this benefit, for cardholders who use or are suspected of using methods that violate the benefit usage regulations or obtain benefits through improper means, as well as the tools they use, including but not limited to mobile phone numbers, bank card numbers, APP accounts, etc., UnionPay International Co., Ltd. (referred to as 'UnionPay International') and merchants have the right to withhold the benefit, recover the issued benefits, and refuse their participation in any future preferential activities of UnionPay International.
10.Deposit Collection: Since some high-end restaurants need to prepare fresh ingredients in advance and reserve limited seats, a deposit is required before accepting a booking. There are two forms of deposit collection depending on the restaurant:
1) Collected during online booking. The deposit fee will be deducted from the total bill when settling the bill at the restaurant (total bill cost - deposit cost for the actual number of attendees). Please check the relevant cancellation and deposit refund policies when booking the restaurant.
2) The restaurant contacts the cardholder separately to collect the deposit. Please check the booking instructions in the menu. The menu will indicate the restaurant's contact information and the amount. It is recommended that you contact the restaurant proactively to make the payment so that the booking can take effect as soon as possible. If you do not pay in time as required, you cannot enjoy the activity package.
11.Other Precautions
1) If the cardholder is a vegetarian or cannot eat certain foods, they can indicate this in the remarks section of the booking information so that the restaurant can understand in advance and provide alternative dishes. The final alternative dishes will be subject to those provided by the restaurant upon arrival. The restaurant has the right to refuse a guest's request to replace a certain dish on the activity menu with a specified dish due to dietary preferences. Cardholders can also contact the restaurant in advance to inquire about alternative dish information.
2) Requests for window seats, scenic seats, etc. during the activity will be arranged according to the actual availability of the restaurant. Cardholders with such special requests are advised to contact the restaurant in advance for communication and confirmation.
3) During the activity, the restaurant may adjust the menu, business hours, etc. according to its own operation situation, the seasonality of some dishes, or other force majeure. The dishes or services that cardholders will obtain through booking are subject to those finally provided by the restaurant. If the cardholder cannot accept the restaurant's modifications, they can choose to cancel the booking for free and not dine at the restaurant (no cancellation fee will be charged). UnionPay International and DiningCity cannot guarantee that the restaurant will not modify its menu and other information, nor are they responsible for the restaurant's modifications.
12.In order to enable more cardholders to enjoy this benefit, UnionPay International Co., Ltd. and merchants have the right to refuse to offer discounts to cardholders and their tools, including but not limited to mobile phone numbers, bank card numbers, APP accounts, etc., who use or are suspected of violating the regulations on the use of benefits or illegally obtaining benefits, and to refuse them from participating in any future promotional activities of UnionPay International.
13.Users need to register as a DiningCity member to book this benefit. At the same time, if the restaurant needs to contact the cardholder due to service and support needs, DiningCity will share the cardholder's mobile phone number with the restaurant booked by the cardholder. The information collection cycle is consistent with the announcement cycle of each activity. If the cardholder needs to stop information authorization, they need to apply to DiningCity and stop enjoying this benefit.
14. User participation in the use of rights and interests shall be deemed as understanding and agreeing to this service policy. All time points for this equity service are based on the UnionPay International backend system time (Beijing time).
