Activity Rules:

1. The offer is valid at all TeaWood branches (except Festival Walk).

2. The offer is valid only from 1 December 2025 to 22 February 2026.

3. The offer is for dine-in only.

4. The offer is valid only on Mondays to Fridays after 11:30 AM (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

5. Customers must order the “Taiwanese style Set for 1” dine-in combo after 11:30 AM on Mondays to Fridays in order to use this offer.

6. A 10% service charge for dine-in will be applied separately and calculated on the original price (rounded to the nearest dollar).

7. The offer cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used together with discount coupons or other promotions.

8. The offer may be used only once per bill.

9. Promotional items are subject to availability and may be substituted with other food products where necessary. Thanks for your understanding
