1. The promotion is valid from 15 January to 31 December 2025, both dates inclusive.

2. The promotion is applicable to all UnionPay Credit and ATM Card (refers to "UnionPay Card"), except the RMB cards issued by specific Hong Kong and Macau card issuing institutions. Qualified transaction must be settled via UnionPay network.

3. During the promotion period, Cardholder must state the use of the promotion before payment. Eligible UnionPay Cardholder can enjoy instant rebate 4.5% with UnionPay Card and designated u•plan Electronic Coupon (refers to “offer”).

4. The offer is applicable to purchase of timepieces, jewelries and sunglasses, which is inapplicable to straps, maintenance services, hot items and designated collections.

5. The offer carry no cash value and cannot be altered or exchanged for cash.

6. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.

7. UnionPay International Company Limited is neither vendor nor service provider, thus UnionPay International shall not take any responsibility to the products or services provided.

8. In case of disputes, the decision of Participating Merchant shall be final.

2. A cardholder shall present his/her UnionPay card (card number starting with 62) and pay his/her bill(s) using UnionPay's online system before he can enjoy relevant offers.

In case of any disputes, the decision of UnionPay International and the merchant shall be final and binding on all parties concerned.
5. In case of discrepancies between English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
