-              Offers are only valid on the Smile Shop app, on a first-come, first-served basis.
-              Eligible for all and full payments that are made with a valid UnionPay card and are successfully routed via the UnionPay payment network.
-              For Offer 1, each UnionPay cardholder is entitled to enjoy the discount for a total of 2 times during the Promotion Period.
-              For Offer 2, there is no limit to the number of redemptions per UnionPay cardholder during the Promotion Period.
-              UPI makes no warranty or representation as to the quality, merchantability or fitness for purpose of the Merchant’s goods and services. Any dispute about the same must be resolved directly with the Merchant.
-              Any cardholder who continues to use his/her card at the participating outlets will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by the approved promotion’s terms and conditions.
-              UPI may, at any time during the term of this Agreement, review the progress of the promotion.
