IV. Promotion Details:

Users using UnionPay credit cards issued outside China’s mainland for contactless card payment or mobile payment (e.g. Apple Pay) to ride Shenzhen Metro and Bus can enjoy 50% off (up to CNY 2 off). Each user can enjoy the discount up to twice per day. The total quota is 100,000, with limited daily availability on a first-come, first-served basis. This offer cannot be combined with other UnionPay promotions.

1. Individuals meeting any of the following conditions, such as the same device, registered mobile number, bank card reserved mobile number, physical bank card number, or ID number, are considered the same user. Users must participate using their own electronic devices and bank cards.

2. In case of refunds or cancellations for transactions enjoying the discount, the refunded amount will be returned to the user's original payment card after deducting the enjoyed discount, and the discount quota will be restored. (Note: Limited to whole order refunds or cancellations. Splitting orders or refunding individual items will not restore the discount, and the actual paid amount will be refunded to the original payment card based on the refund ratio, not in real-time).

3. Delays in payment deduction may occur in bus and metro transactions. The actual deduction time determines the time when discount is enjoyed.

4. Users unable to enjoy the discount due to reasons such as unsupported devices, devices in offline mode, card loss, card replacement, incomplete entry/exit records, using different payment methods for entry/exit, or insufficient balance resulting in payment failure will not be compensated later.

5. Discounts and benefits issued in this activity are for the personal use of the user only. If users acquire or use discounts in an improper manner (including but not limited to using cheating tools, engaging in false transactions with merchants), China UnionPay and merchants reserve the right to cancel user participation, revoke related transactions, reclaim used and unused benefits, and refuse the individual from participating in any future UnionPay promotions.

6. User participation in the promotion is considered an understanding and agreement with the activity rules. Within the legal limits, UnionPay reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or terminate the event, effective after announcement.

7. Due to network delays, the remaining quota displayed on the UnionPay app is for reference only.
