7. For any reason, if a refund occurs on a recharge, the user will not be eligible for the discount on subsequent recharges.
8. All times for this event are in Beijing time. The transaction time is based on when the transaction is registered in the UnionPay backend system. For authorized transactions, both the pre-authorization time and the completion time must be within the event period.
