1           Promotion Terms of Wing On Department Stores: From now till May 19, 2024, UnionPay Cardholders are entitled to a HK$40 Wing On Cash Coupon with accumulated net spending (A maximum of 2 invoices) of HK$1,200 or above (except stamp redemption items, designated counters and consignment goods) at Sheung Wan Main Store, wing on Plus (Nathan Road) and wing on Plus (Tsim Sha Tsui East) on the same day. The Wing On Cash Coupon can be used as HK$40 with any purchase (except designated counters and consignment goods) at Sheung Wan Main Store, wing on Plus (Nathan Road) and wing on Plus (Tsim Sha Tsui East) on or before June 2, 2024. Remaining balance must be settled by UnionPay Card / UnionPay QR Code / UnionPay Mobile QuickPass. The offer is applicable to all UnionPay Credit Cards and ATM bearing the UnionPay logo (refers to “UnionPay Card”) and pay via UnionPay Card, UnionPay QR code or UnionPay Mobile QuickPass, and the transaction must be settled by UnionPay network; Cardholders must redeem the Wing On Cash Coupon on the transaction day and are required to settle the payment by using the same UnionPay Card, the same UnionPay QR code App account or the same UnionPay Mobile QuickPass account, and with the presentation of the UnionPay Card sales slips and the Wing On Department Stores invoices, overdue invoice is not valid for redemption; The net transaction amount of each invoice should be HK$100 or above. Each UnionPay Card is eligible to participate in this offer once per day at the same Wing On Department Store, total 3 times can be enjoyed at each Wing On Department Store, total 9 times can be enjoyed at 3 Wing On Department Stores. The daily quantities of cash coupons offered vary from store to store. This Offer is valid while stocks last and on a first-come-first served basis. This offer can be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.

3           “Net Purchase Amount” / “Net Spending Amount” means the final transaction amount paid for an eligible purchase, excluding promotion discounts, the value of Wing On shopping coupons (including but not limited to Wing On cash coupons, Wing On cash discount coupons, Wing On cash e-coupons, Wing On cash discount e-coupons), promotion coupons used in the transaction and refunded and/or returned purchases. (Except Wing On gift certificate).

4           Purchase of Wing On Gift Certificates, stamp redemption items and tobacco products are not eligible to participate in this promotion.

5.1           Applicable to the printed Wing On shopping coupons: The printed Wing On shopping coupon(s) must be presented upon payment. The printed Wing On shopping coupon(s) can be used once only. Photocopies of the shopping coupon(s) will not be accepted. The printed Wing On shopping coupons cannot be used for Wing On NETshop. The printed Wing On shopping coupon(s) is not valid unless it bears the company’s chop.

5.2           Applicable to the Wing On shopping e-coupons in Wing On Rewards App: The e-coupon in the Wing On Rewards mobile app must be presented upon payment. The Wing On shopping e-coupon(s) cannot be used for Wing On NETshop.

5.3           The Wing On shopping e-coupon(s) issued by Wing On NETshop cannot be used at all Wing On physical stores.

5.4           The Wing On shopping coupon(s) can be used for one transaction only unless otherwise specified. No change will be given for any unused balance.

5.5           The Wing On shopping coupon(s) cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers unless otherwise specified.

5.6           The Wing On shopping coupon(s) can be used for purchases from different counters (except designated counters and consignment goods) at the same time unless otherwise specified.

5.7           The Wing On shopping coupon(s) is not exchangeable for cash and cannot be used to purchase Wing On Gift Certificates and tobacco products.

5.8           The Wing On shopping coupon(s) is offered upon purchase of goods. In case of returning the goods, the coupon(s) must be surrendered together.

5.9           Duplicate, used or incomplete Wing On shopping coupons will not be accepted. Wing On shopping coupons are void if altered or tampered with. The Wing On Department Stores (Hong Kong) Limited shall not be responsible for (and will not issue replacement in respect of) any loss, damage, defective, forgery, theft or fraudulent or unauthorized use of any Wing On shopping coupons. The Wing On Department Stores (Hong Kong) Limited’s record in relation to issue and usage of Wing On shopping coupons shall be final and conclusive.

5.10       The Wing On shopping coupon(s) shall be void upon expiry.

6           The promotional offers (including but not limited to promotional items, stamps redemption items, free gifts, Wing On cash coupons, Wing On cash discount coupons): 

6.1           Customers must present the same-day Wing On Department Stores invoice(s) to be eligible to get the offers.

6.2           The invoice(s) used for the offer redemption will be stamped and cannot be used for the next offer redemption. The balance of stamped invoice(s) will not be eligible for the next offer redemption.

6.3           The promotional offers are available while stocks last.

6.4           The promotional offers are applicable to designated model(s).

6.5           The plastic shopping bag charging is applicable to all giveaway bags that are made wholly or partly of plastic.

6.6           The promotional offers are not for re-sale, are non-transferable and non-exchangeable, either in whole or in part, for cash or any other item.

6.7           Photos are for reference only.

6.8           Prices and offers quoted at stores and Wing On NETshop shall prevail.

6.9           The Wing On Department Stores (Hong Kong) Limited reserves the right to change the content and price of products, terms and conditions without further notice.

8           Should there be any dispute, the decision of The Wing On Department Stores (Hong Kong) Limited shall be final.
