Scope of Application: All UnionPay cards starting with 62 or 81

Application Details:

Phase 1 & 2: From October 1, 2025 to April 15, 2026, UnionPay cardholders who successfully register for the promotion and make a successful UnionPay payment at any participating Woolworths store in Australia and New Zealand will receive an instant cash rebate of AUD 8 (NZD) on purchases of AUD 108 or more.

Phase 3: From April 16, 2026 to September 30, 2026, UnionPay cardholders who successfully register for the promotion and make a successful UnionPay payment at any participating Woolworths store in Australia and New Zealand will receive an instant cash rebate of AUD 15 (NZD) on purchases of AUD 128 (NZD) or more; or an instant cash rebate of AUD 6 (NZD) on purchases of AUD 66 (NZD) or more.

Activity Rules：

1. The activity period is from October 1, 2025 to September 30, 2026 (inclusive), local time in Australia and New Zealand. The activity will be conducted in three phases: Phase 1 is from October 1 to November 30, 2025; Phase 2 is from December 1, 2025 to April 15, 2026; and Phase 3 is from April 16, 2026 to September 30, 2026.

2. How to participate:

1) Register successfully via the activity QR code or registration link. Each mobile phone number can only register one valid card number.

2) Use your UnionPay card to pay at participating stores. Spend a specific value ($128 or $108 or $66) of AUD (or NZD) or more in a single eligible transaction will receive an instant cash rebate ($15 or $8 or $6). Limited to one discount per card per week.

3) One registration allows participation in all three phases.

4) A total of 21 discounts can be enjoyed throughout the three phases. Unused discounts from the previous phase can be carried over to the next phase. 4) A total of 50,000 participation slots are available per transaction (the total number of transactions may exceed or fall short of 50,000 depending on exchange rate fluctuations between AUD/NZD and RMB). The promotion ends on September 30, 2026, or when all slots are filled, on a first-come, first-served basis.

5) Transactions using UnionPay cards issued in Australia and New Zealand that are processed through the UnionPay network are eligible for the promotion.

3. This promotion is only valid for UnionPay cards, and transactions must be processed through the UnionPay network. Please consult your issuing bank for transaction processing information.

4. Only valid transactions are eligible for the promotion. Transactions cancelled, pre-authorized, refunded, or otherwise abnormal payments will not be eligible for the promotional discount.

5. Each successfully registered card number is limited to 21 opportunities throughout the promotion period.

6. This promotion does not apply to the purchase of gift cards or tobacco products. Transactions involving the purchase of tobacco products and/or gift cards will not be eligible for the promotional discount, and if a transaction containing tobacco products or gift cards is found to include a discount, the discount reward will not be issued, and the right to recover any previously issued discount rewards is reserved.

7. The promotion ends once the discount funds are used up; it's on a first-come, first-served basis.

8. The amount on the receipt is the original amount; the actual payment amount will be based on the issuing bank's deduction information.

9. In the event of a refund or return (full or partial refund), only the amount actually paid by the cardholder will be refunded, excluding the discount amount.

10. The discount funds for the entire promotion are provided by UnionPay.

11. UnionPay reserves the right to adjust the promotion period and mechanism.
