Activity Rules：

1.       The Club x UnionPay Promotion (“Promotion”) is only applicable to Eligible Transactions (as defined below) completed by a member of The Club (“Eligible Customer”) on The Club’s shopping and reward platform (theclub.com.hk) and The Club’s mobile application (collectively “The Club Online Platform”) with (1) a valid UnionPay Credit Card with UnionPay logo (“Eligible UnionPay Credit Card”) or (2) Apple Pay to which an Eligible UnionPay Credit Card has been added using the Designated Promo Code (as defined below). Holder of an Eligible UnionPay Credit Card is referred to as “Cardholder” and is subject to these Terms and Conditions.    

2.     The Club (a loyalty programme) and The Club Online Platform are operated by Club HKT Limited (“Club HKT”), and The Club and The Club Online Platform are subject to the terms and conditions (https://shop.theclub.com.hk/terms-and-conditions and https://www.theclub.com.hk/en/terms-and-conditions.html) as issued and as may be amended from time to time by Club HKT without prior notice.

3.       The Promotion runs from 8 December 2025 to 31 January 2026, both dates inclusive, or when the Promo Code Quota as set out in Clause 4 has been used up, whichever is earlier (“Promotion Period”). The Promo Code Quota is subject to availability and is provided on a first-come-first-served basis, while Promo Code Quota lasts. For the details on the Promo Code Quota, please refer to Clause 4.

4.       Subject to these Terms and Conditions and the Promo Code Quota (as stated in the table below), an Eligible Customer who meets the following Condition 1 and Condition 2 during the Promotion Period using Eligible UnionPay Credit Cards or Apple Pay to which an Eligible UnionPay Credit Card has been added  is entitled to enjoy an instant discount (the “Instant Discount”) of HK$300 (being the Instant Discount Amount) as stated in the table below (the “Offer”), which shall be applied to the relevant Eligible Transaction at the time of check-out and payment. This Offer does not apply to payments made via other eWallet or third-party payment applications / platforms (including but not limited to PayMe, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay and AlipayHK).

Condition 1: Make an Eligible Transaction (as defined in Clauses 5 and 6) of the Eligible Single Net Transaction Amount as stated in the table below with an Eligible UnionPay Credit Card or Apple Pay to which an Eligible UnionPay Credit Card has been added on The Club Online Platform; and

Condition 2: Use the relevant Designated Promo Code “UPI300” or “UPIAPL300” (as the case may be) as set out in the table below on the checkout page of The Club Online Platform for the Eligible Transaction which meets Condition 1 and complete the checkout and payment:

Note 1: The amount of the Eligible Single Net Transaction Amount (as defined in Clause 5) must be no less than HK$8,000 to enjoy the Instant Discount of HK$300. By way of illustration, if an Eligible Customer has fulfilled Condition 1 and Condition 2 above and use the “Spend Less with Clubpoints” function and/or The Club Cash Voucher on the checkout page of The Club Online Platform to offset all or a portion of the transaction amount, the Eligible Single Net Transaction Amount to be settled by the Eligible UnionPay Credit Card or Apple Pay binding with Eligible UnionPay Credit Card must be no less than HK$8,000 before the Instant Discount is applied. See further details in Clause 5 below.

Note 2: Any unused Promo Code Quota from a calendar month will be carried forward and added to the Promo Code Quota of the next calendar month without prior notice. 

5.      An Eligible Transaction means a single-order transaction of the Eligible Single Net Transaction Amount. The Eligible Single Net Transaction Amount means the total amount of the transaction after deducting the following:

(i) any value deducted through the redemption of Clubpoints (via redemption of Clubpoint for Rewards or Spend Less with Clubpoints function) or discounted by any cash voucher, gift card, rebate, coupon and promotion code offered through The Club Online Platform, including but not limited to The Club Shopping coupon and e-Voucher;

(ii) delivery fee and shipping fee; and

(iii) any other types of discounts as determined as ineligible by UnionPay and Club HKT from time to time.

6. The following types of transactions shall not be considered as Eligible Transactions:

 (i) any transaction amounts that are subsequently reversed, cancelled, charged back, returned and/or refunded;

(ii) any unposted transactions, as specified by UnionPay from time to time;

(iii) all payments made via other eWallet or third-party payment applications/ platforms (including but not limited to PayMe, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay and AlipayHK); or

(iv) any other types of transaction as determined by UnionPay and Club HKT from time to time.

7.       An Eligible Transaction must be successfully completed by an Eligible Customer during the Promotion Period to enjoy the Offer. Two or multiple transactions will not be aggregated for the purpose of calculating the Eligible Single Net Transaction Amount.

8.       If an Eligible Customer requests for a reversal, cancellation or refund (whether in partial or in full) for any transaction to which the Instant Discount has been applied and after such reversal, cancellation or refund (whether in partial or in full), the final transaction amount is less than the Eligible Single Net Transaction Amount, his/her entitlement to the Instant Discount  under the Offer shall be forfeited, and in such event Club HKT shall be entitled to first deduct from any refund to the Eligible Customer the equivalent amount of the Instant Discount applied and to be forfeited. For details on Eligible Cardholders’ eligibility to the Offer in the event of reversal, cancellation or refund, please contact UnionPay and/or Club HKT.

9.       To enjoy the Instant Discount, Eligible Customers must input the relevant Designated Promo Code at The Club Online Platform before proceeding to checkout. UnionPay and Club HKT will not accept any liability should an Eligible Customer fail to input the Designated Promo Code when conducting Eligible Transactions and that it results in failure of the Eligible Customer to enjoy the Offer.

10.   Only one Designated Promo Code can be applied per Eligible Transaction. Each The Club account can use the Designated Promo Code “UPI300” ONCE only and the Designated Promo Code “UPIAPL300” ONCE only in one calendar month; and during the entire promotion period, each The Club account can use the Designated Promo Code “UPI300” TWICE and the Designated Promo Code “UPIAPL300” TWICE, subject to the availability of the Promo Code Quota of the relevant calendar month. The Promo Code Quotas are available on a first-come-first-served basis while the Promo Code Quotas last. In the event that the Promo Code Quota has been used up for that calendar month, a relevant notice will be displayed on The Club Online Platform (https://www.theclub.com.hk/shopping/zh/lc/promotions/unionpay-promotion.html) within approximately 5 working days. The Offer shall end immediately for a particular calendar month when the Promo Code Quota for that calendar month has been used up without prior notice.

11.   The Offer is only applicable to Eligible UnionPay Credit Cards which are valid, not in default and in good standing (as determined by UnionPay at its sole discretion) during the Promotion Period and when the Instant Discount is applied. If the status of a Cardholder’s Eligible UnionPay Credit Card is not in good standing, UnionPay reserves the right to disqualify the Cardholder from participating in the Promotion and/or enjoying the Offer.

12.   The eligibility of Cardholders’ entitlement to the Offer shall be determined by UnionPay and Club HKT at their sole discretion. If there is any discrepancy between the record held by Cardholders and that held by UnionPay and Club HKT, the record of UnionPay and Club HKT shall be conclusive and binding on the Cardholders.

13.   Cardholders must retain the transaction slips of any transactions. In case of any disputes, UnionPay reserves the right to require Cardholders to submit the relevant transaction slips, other documents and/or evidence for verification. The submitted transaction slips, documents and/or evidence will not be returned. If there is any discrepancy between Club HKT’s and UnionPay’s records and Cardholder’s record of any transaction, Club HKT’s and UnionPay’s records shall prevail.

14.   UnionPay is not the supplier of the products/services on The Club Online Platform and the description, photos or reference price (if any) in relation to these products/services, which are not provided by UnionPay and are intended to be for reference only. Any enquiry, claim or complaint in relation to the quality or availability of the products/services or the accuracy of any of the aforementioned information contained in this marketing material shall be directed to the relevant suppliers. UnionPay shall assume no liability in respect thereof.

16. Club HKT is not the provider of the Promotion, the Instant Discount, the Offer, the Promo Code Quota or the Designated Promo Code or the Eligible UnionPay Credit Card. Club HKT does not represent UnionPay and makes no representations, warranties or guarantee as to the quality and/or suitability and/or availability of and accepts no liability for any matters arising from or in relation to the Promotion, the Instant Discount, the Offer, the Promo Code Quota or the Designated Promo Code, the Eligible UnionPay Credit Card or any facilities, products and services provided under or by this Promotion and/or UnionPay, including without limitation any direct, indirect or consequential losses for any matters arising therefrom or in connection therewith (such as the use or enjoyment, or the inability to use or enjoy the Promotion, the Instant Discount, the Offer, the Promo Code Quota or the Designated Promo Code or the Eligible UnionPay Credit Card).

17.   No Clubpoints will be awarded to The Club member for the Instant Discount Amount of HK$300 under this Offer. The Instant Discount under this Offer is non-transferable. This Promotion cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers. Only one Designated Promo Code could be applied to each transaction conducted on The Club Online Platform. To enjoy the Instant Discount, the Eligible Single Net Transaction Amount stated in Clause 4 must be fulfilled. 

18.   All photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.

19.   UnionPay and Club HKT may change these Terms and Conditions and/or modify or terminate the Promotion and the Offer at any time without prior notice. All matters and disputes are subject to the decision of UnionPay and Club HKT which shall be final and binding on all parties concerned.

20.   In case of conflicts between these Terms and Conditions and UnionPay’s Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

21.   The English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions.
