4. Definition of "Luxury Department Store (Harvey Nichols)"

• Refers to the Harvey Nichols department store within the Mall of the Emirates.

• Scope: This offer applies only to merchandise paid for at the shared POS terminals within the Harvey Nichols luxury collection area.

Exclusions: If any of the listed brands operate an independent counter within Harvey Nichols that uses its own independent POS terminal (non-shared), transactions at that counter are not eligible for this promotion.
