Activity Rules：

1. The promotion is valid from today to 31 August 2026, the promotion may end early before the announced deadline (refers to “Promotion Period”).

2. The Offer is applicable to ticket purchases made through the Cityline website, mobile application, (the “Ticketing Platform”) or the Hong Kong Palace Museum (the “Museum”) Ticketing Counter.

3. During the Promotion Period, UnionPay cardholders can enjoy a 5% instant discount when purchasing special exhibition tickets (Gallery 1–7 and 9) through Cityline website and mobile app, or the Museum Ticketing Counter with UnionPay cards.

* Only applicable to designated UnionPay cards. And the first two digits of the card number must be 62. This does not apply to UnionPay cards in digital wallets.

* Transactions must be settled through the UnionPay network. Transactions made via same-bank transactions, UnionPay Online Payment, and third-party platforms are not eligible for this offer. Please contact the issuing banks to confirm whether the bank card supports payments at the merchant via the UnionPay network.

4. The Offer shall be determined based on the transaction amount and time initiated by the Ticketing Platform, and cannot be accumulated or reissued. The Offer details will not be shown on the receipts. Cardholders can refer to the actual amount debited by the card-issuing bank.

5. The Offer carries no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, other products or discounts. It is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.

6. Each eligible transaction is entitled to one UnionPay offer only. If a transaction qualifies for more than one UnionPay offer or reward campaign, the offer or reward granted will be determined by the UnionPay system at its sole discretion.

7. Unless otherwise specified, the Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.

8. In cases of refund, only the actual amount paid by the customer will be refunded. The discount quota is deemed consumed upon refunding.

9. In order to allow more users to enjoy the Offer, UnionPay International Co., Ltd. (“UnionPay International”) reserves the right to deny discounts, reclaim issued discounts, and prohibit future participation in any UnionPay promotional activities for users who use or are suspected of using methods that violate the promotion rules or unfair means to obtain UnionPay discounts. UnionPay International is not the supplier of the products or services, thus accepts no liability in relation to such products or services.

11. Non-local cardholders should note that some card types may be affected by the configuration of the card-issuing bank. It is necessary to enable the overseas transaction permission in advance, pay close attention to the account balance or spending limit, and get transaction password ready. 12. Cardholders must read these terms and conditions carefully to ensure full understanding of all terms and conditions of the Promotion. Participation in the Promotion shall be deemed as understanding, acceptance, and agreement to comply with all terms and conditions of the Promotion.

13. Within the scope of applicable laws, UnionPay International and the Museum reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions, and change or terminate the Offer, and shall not bear any liability arising from such amendments or terminations. All information is subject to the final version announced through the official channels of UnionPay International.

14. In case of any disputes, the decision of UnionPay International and the Museum shall be final.

15. Should there be any discrepancy or ambiguity between the Chinese and English versions of the terms and conditions, the Simplified Chinese version shall prevail for all purposes.
