During the promotion period, for each eligible product order, users who select UnionPay as the payment method at the instant discount payment stage and successfully complete the payment will automatically participate in the random instant discount promotion.For a single order with an actual payment amount (i.e. the order total after deducting coupons, reward points, and other discounts) of JPY 7,000 or above, users can enjoy an instant discount of up to 10%, with a maximum discount of JPY 5,000 per order.The actual discount amount is subject to the amount displayed on the payment page at the time of completing payment.

Activity Rules：

1.     Eligibility: Eligible participants must be registered users of the Simplified Chinese version of the Letao Ichiban platform. Users must select the UnionPay payment channel when purchasing goods on the Letao Ichiban platform and complete the payment.

2.     During the promotion period, for each eligible order, users who select UnionPay as the payment method at the instant-discount trigger step and complete the payment will automatically participate in the random instant-discount offer. No manual coupon collection is required.

3.     Each UnionPay card under the same user account may enjoy up to 3 instant-discount transactions per day, and up to 10 instant-discount transactions in total during the promotion period. If no discount amount is displayed at checkout, it indicates that the user has exhausted the available quota. Thank you for your understanding.

4.     Refund Policy: Due to the nature of cross-border shopping, if an order that has already received an instant discount is fully refunded due to reasons such as procurement failure, the refund amount will be based on the actual amount paid by the user (i.e., after deducting the instant-discount amount). The used discount quota will not be reinstated. For partial refunds, the discount amount will be deducted proportionally, and the refund amount will be calculated based on the platform system’s calculation.

5.     If the payment fails due to network issues, card limits, or other reasons, the instant-discount opportunity for that transaction will be deemed used and will be deducted from the daily and total available quota.

6.     If a user engages in improper or fraudulent behavior (including but not limited to malicious transactions, cash-out activities, or fake orders), the Letao Ichiban platform reserves the right to cancel the user's eligibility for the promotion and to recover any discount amounts already received. In severe cases, the user’s account may be suspended or permanently banned.

7.     Each eligible transaction can only enjoy one promotion. If a transaction qualifies for multiple UnionPay promotions or reward programs, the final discount or reward received will be determined by the UnionPay system.

8.     The promotion period is from February 10th, 2026 to February 21st, 2026, or until the total quota is fully used, whichever comes first.

9.     Under all circumstances, all timestamps (including but not limited to transaction date/time), transaction amounts, reversals, cancellations, and refunds related to this promotion shall be based on the records of the UnionPay backend system.

10.  Within the limits permitted by law, UnionPay International reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions in either Chinese or English and shall not be liable for any consequences arising from the modification or termination of the promotion. All information is subject to the official announcements published by UnionPay International.

11.  In case of any discrepancy, the Simplified Chinese version of the terms and conditions shall prevail.
