redeem the Reward in each spending tier of “Reward 1” once per day, and up
to three times during the entire promotion period. The reward is applicable to
participating merchants with UnionPay acceptance only. Daily quotas apply and

Terms and Conditions
1. The promotion period is from 1 April to 31 May 2026.
2. Shoppers are required to register as ELEMENTS CLUB members to join this promotion. Shoppers can register as ELEMENTS CLUB members via ELEMENTS APP.
3. ELEMENTS CLUB members are required to accumulate and register the designated same-day spending by eligible UnionPay payment means to receive the rewards as follows:
- Accumulated spending of HK$6,000 or more will earn a bonus of 4,000 ELEMENTS POINTS and HK$100 ELEMENTS e-Voucher.
- Accumulated spending of HK$30,000 or more will earn a bonus of 30,000 ELEMENTS POINTS and HK$450 ELEMENTS e-Vouchers.
- Accumulated spending of HK$130,000 or more will earn a bonus of 130,000 ELEMENTS POINTS and HK$2,600 ELEMENTS e-Vouchers.
4. “Reward 2 - ELEMENTS CLUB Distinguished Members Bonus Reward” is only applicable to ELEMENTS CLUB Diamond, Platinum, and Gold members. Please refer to the terms and conditions on the redemption ticket for full details.
5. To qualify for “Reward 1”, ELEMENTS CLUB members are required to present eligible original same-day sales receipts (maximum of two) with the corresponding electronic payment receipt (credit card / debit card payment slip counterfoil) from designated merchants at ELEMENTS, using an eligible UnionPay payment means with the card number starting with 62, and the corresponding original electronic payment receipt. The eligible spend amount must exclude any ineligible spending as defined in clause 17, and excludes the value of any ELEMENTS Gift Vouchers or e-Vouchers / Category Specific e-Vouchers / Conditional e-Vouchers used. The name on the credit/debit card must be the same as that on the electronic payment receipt. Cash and Octopus payments are not eligible. ELEMENTS CLUB Diamond, Platinum, and Gold members will be entitled to TWO admission tickets for the “Hong Kong Palace Museum — Ancient Egypt Unveiled” Exhibition upon redeeming rewards from "Rewards 1".
6. The rewards are only applicable to UnionPay credit and debit cards (the “UnionPay Card”) with the UnionPay Logo and the card number starting with 62, UnionPay Mobile QuickPass (including Apple Pay and Huawei Pay) and UnionPay QR Code (including UnionPay APP or other mobile apps which support UnionPay QR Code), except for the RMB cards issued by specific Hong Kong and Macau card issuing institutions. The qualified transactions must be settled via the UnionPay network.
7. For transactions with a physical UnionPay Card, please present the physical card (screenshots of electronic devices are not accepted), original copies of eligible sales receipts from the merchants, and corresponding original electronic payment receipts in person. The physical card must bear the same card number as on the original electronic payment receipts.
8. For transactions with UnionPay Mobile QuickPass, eligible UnionPay Cardholders are required to log in onsite and present the eligible virtual UnionPay Card on a mobile device or watch (screenshots of electronic devices are not accepted), original copies of eligible sales receipts from the merchants, and corresponding original electronic payment receipts. For transactions with UnionPay QR Code, eligible UnionPay Cardholders are required to log in onsite and present the transaction details in the app on a mobile device (screenshots of electronic devices are not accepted), original copies of eligible sales receipts from merchants, and corresponding original electronic payment receipts.
9. Quotas apply and redemption is on a first come, first served basis while stocks last. In the event of gift(s) going out-of-stock, an announcement will be made at ELEMENTS’ Redemption Location on L2 Metal Zone without prior notice. All announcements made at the Redemption Location on L2 Metal Zone will be final.
10. ELEMENTS CLUB members are entitled to redeem the Reward in each spending tier of “Reward 1” once per day, and up to three times during the entire promotion period. For “Reward 2”, ELEMENTS CLUB members are entitled to redeem up to two admission tickets for the “Hong Kong Palace Museum — Ancient Egypt Unveiled” Exhibition during the entire promotion period. The rewards are applicable to participating merchants with UnionPay acceptance only. Daily quotas apply and redemption is on a first come, first served basis while stocks last.
11. To redeem “Reward 1” and “Reward 2” at the same time, all transactions within the same redemption must be paid with either one of the eligible UnionPay payment means by the same ELEMENTS CLUB member.
12. ELEMENTS CLUB members are required to present eligible sales receipts from different merchants for each redemption of the rewards on the same day.
13. Receipts used for reward redemption are also eligible for ELEMENTS POINTS registration only when both actions are performed at the same time.
14. e-Vouchers will be given in fixed denominations via ELEMENTS APP and are valid at participating merchants. Please log in to ELEMENTS APP to use the e-Vouchers. 15. The rewards are applicable to designated merchants with UnionPay payment means acceptance only. The list of UnionPay payment means accepting merchants will be updated from time to time. Eligible UnionPay Cardholders may check with merchants for the latest status of UnionPay Card payment acceptance.
16. Handwritten receipts, duplicated, reprinted or photocopied receipts and damaged receipts will not be accepted for this promotion.
17. Receipts from 3hreeSixty, Mannings or Mainland Coaches, bank charges, membership fee payments, telecommunications services, car parks, wedding banquets, private and corporate functions at restaurant outlets, 999.9 gold and Gold Club (excluding jewellery), purchase of products or services with special discounts or offers provided by tenants, purchases of cash vouchers / gift vouchers / gift cards and value-adding receipts from any shops or restaurants are excluded from this reward programme and are NOT eligible.
18. ELEMENTS, UnionPay International Co., Ltd. (refers to “UnionPay International”) and merchants reserve the right to record the first 6 and last 4 digits of the corresponding UnionPay Card and scan the eligible UnionPay Cardholders’ computer-printed receipts and corresponding electronic payment slips for internal reference only. The information collected will be destroyed 3 months after the Promotion.
19. Deposits on merchandise are NOT accepted. For instalment transactions, only the first month’s instalment payment amount will be accepted for this promotion.
20. Receipts that have been used for gift redemption in this promotion at ELEMENTS will NOT be eligible for any cash refund, return or the redemption of rewards in other promotions.
21. This offer cannot be exchanged for cash or other services or products. All redemptions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
22. ELEMENTS CLUB members with eligible spending transacted after 10pm on 31 May 2026 can register for reward redemption from 10am to 10pm on 1 June 2026 at the Redemption Location. Rewards cannot be redeemed in case of late redemption.
23. ELEMENTS and UnionPay International’s decision as to what constitutes an eligible or ineligible transaction shall be final and conclusive.
24. ELEMENTS and UnionPay International shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
25. ELEMENTS and UnionPay International reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
26. In the interest of fairness, employees of the merchants at ELEMENTS are not permitted to participate in this programme.
27. In the event of any dispute, ELEMENTS and UnionPay International reserve the right of final decision on all matters concerning this offer.
28. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
