After successfully registering for the promotion, cardholders who make purchases on the Pinduoduo app and pay with the registered UnionPay card through Duoduo Payment (多多支付), the UnionPay App (云闪付), or Apple Pay will receive an instant discount of CNY 10 on a single purchase of CNY 100 or more. 

Each eligible card may enjoy the discount up to once per day and up to twice per month.

A total of 130,000 discount quotas are available for this promotion on a first-come, first-served basis.

Activity Rules：

(1) This promotion is available only to UnionPay cards issued outside the Chinese mainland.

(2) The promotion period is from April 27, 2026 to August 31, 2026 (Beijing time), inclusive of both start and end dates.

(3) During the promotion period, each card number needs to be registered only once. After successful registration, eligible transactions that meet these promotion rules may enjoy the discount. Cards that have not been registered are not eligible for the discount.

(4) A total of 130,000 discount quotas are available for this promotion. Quotas will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis according to the actual payment time, rather than the registration time, and the promotion will end once all quotas are used. The payment time shall be the transaction time at which the cardholder's account is actually charged, as recorded in the system of UnionPay International Co., Ltd. (“UPI”).

(5) The actual payment amount shall be subject to the actual debit amount charged by the issuer.

(6) If a transaction that has enjoyed the discount is subsequently reversed, canceled, or refunded, only the amount actually paid by the cardholder will be refunded. The instant discount amount will not be refunded, and the discount quota will be deemed used. In the event of a partial refund, the instant discount amount will be deducted on a pro rata basis according to the ratio of the refunded amount to the total order amount, and only the remaining amount will be refunded. The discount quota will still be deemed used.

(7) This promotion is intended to enable more cardholders to enjoy discount offers. Where a cardholder exploits, or is suspected of exploiting, UnionPay discounts in violation of these promotion rules or through other improper means, UPI reserves the right to deny the discount, recover any discount already granted, and disqualify that cardholder from participating in any future UnionPay promotions.

(8) This promotion is organized by UPI. However, UPI is not the provider of the goods and/or services and shall bear no liability in respect of the goods and/or services themselves.

(9) This promotion may not be used in conjunction with any other instant discount promotion offered by UPI.

(10) The time records of all activities of this promotion will accord with the time records of UnionPay's switching and clearing system (in Beijing time). In the event of force majeure or a change in circumstances, such as a major disaster event, suspension or adjustment required by competent authorities, suspension caused by a system failure, or violations or fraudulent conduct that harms consumers' rights and interests, UPI reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law, to adjust, suspend, or terminate this promotion, and such adjustment, suspension, or termination shall take effect upon announcement.

(11) By participating in this promotion, users are deemed to have understood and agreed to these promotion rules.
