The maximum discount per transaction is 3 GEL, applicable up to 2 times per day per card, with a maximum total discount of 50 GEL per card per month.

During the promotion period, all transactions made by cardholders using any UnionPay payment method (including physical cards, mobile payments, and online payments) at offline and online merchants within Georgia are eligible for the benefit.

Activity Rules：

1. Promotion Period
July 10, 2026, to May 31, 2027 (inclusive), or until the promotion funds are fully exhausted, whichever occurs first. The time zone for eligibility is based on UnionPay’s backend system (GMT+8).

2. How to Participate
Cardholders must successfully register via the promotion QR code or designated link (U Plan registration) to qualify for the offer.

3. Scope of Application
The offer applies to all offline and online payments at merchants across Georgia. All UnionPay payment methods are eligible (including physical cards, mobile Pay, and online card number entry).

4. Definition of Mobile Pay
Eligible mobile Pay transactions must use the device’s built-in NFC wallet function linked to a UnionPay card starting with "62" (e.g., Apple Pay, Huawei Pay, Xiaomi Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, etc.). Payments made via third-party wallet apps linked to a UnionPay card are not eligible.

5. Merchant Category Code (MCC) Clarification
Promotional discounts are granted based on the MCC registered by the merchant with the local acquirer. The promotion covers payments at all offline and online merchants in Georgia, including core MCC categories such as utilities, healthcare, transportation, entertainment, hotels, general merchandise, jewelry, airline ticketing, supermarkets, and dining. If a merchant’s actual business type differs from its registered MCC, resulting in the cardholder not receiving the discount, UnionPay International assumes no responsibility and will not accept subsequent compensation claims. Remittance and ATM withdrawal transactions are not eligible.

6. Discount Limits

• Maximum discount per transaction: 3 GEL
• Maximum number of discounts per card per day: 2
• Maximum total discount per card per month: 50 GEL

7. Quota Limitations
Participation is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis based on transaction time. The promotion ends immediately once the allocated funds are exhausted.

8. Eligible Cards
The promotion applies to all UnionPay cards issued globally (including credit and debit cards). UnionPay cards issued in Georgia are not eligible.

9. User Definition
The same user is defined as one who meets any of the following criteria: same device, same user ID, same registered mobile number, same mobile number linked to the bank card, same physical bank card, or same ID number. Virtual phone numbers are not eligible.

10. Transaction and Refund Rules
Only valid consumption transactions are eligible. Cancelled transactions, pre-authorizations, refunds, or abnormal payments do not qualify. Merchant receipts and invoices will display the original price before the discount. The post-discount amount can be verified via bank SMS notifications, U Plan discount records, or bank app statements.
