Activity Rules：

1. This offer is valid only for in-store purchases at Printemps Haussmann.

2. Cardholders must use a successfully registered UnionPay card and complete payment through the UnionPay network to enjoy this promotion.

3. Promotional offers are available on a first-come, first-served basis, determined by the actual transaction completion time (not the registration time), while supplies last.

4. Cardholders must register in advance through the designated official channels of UnionPay International. A valid UnionPay card number and mobile phone number must be provided during registration. The mobile number will be used solely for SMS notifications.

 5. Each UnionPay card may be registered only once. The number of UnionPay cards that can be registered under the same mobile phone number is subject to the registration page. Cardholders are responsible for ensuring that all registration information, including the card number and mobile number, is accurate. UnionPay International will not reissue or compensate any promotional benefits if the cardholder provides incorrect or inaccurate information.

6. Once registration is successful, the promotional eligibility will generally become effective within approximately two minutes. Eligible transactions must be completed after the registration has taken effect.

7. This promotion applies only to transactions settled through the UnionPay network. Transactions made via third-party payment accounts, including but not limited to PayPal, Alipay, WeChat Pay, or online banking/quick payment options accessed through third-party payment platforms, are not eligible.

8. The order amount displayed on the merchant's website or at the checkout counter is the original transaction amount and will not reflect the instant discount. The actual discount and final amount charged shall be subject to the issuing bank's transaction record, UnionPay transaction notification, or the final payment statement.

9. If the original transaction currency is not Euro (EUR), the spending threshold and discount amount will be calculated based on the equivalent EUR amount converted using the applicable UnionPay exchange rate at the time of settlement.

10. In the event of a return or refund, only the amount actually paid by the cardholder will be refunded. Any instant discount already received will not be refunded, and the corresponding promotional entitlement will be deemed used and will not be reinstated.

11. This promotion is intended to allow more cardholders to enjoy promotional benefits. UnionPay International reserves the right to disqualify any cardholder suspected of violating the promotion rules, engaging in fraudulent transactions, abusing the promotion, or obtaining benefits through improper means, to recover any promotional benefits granted, and to prohibit participation in future UnionPay International promotions.

12. UnionPay International is the organizer of this promotion and is not the provider of the goods or services. UnionPay International assumes no responsibility for product quality, after-sales service, returns, exchanges, or any goods or services provided by the merchant.

 13. In the event of any discrepancy between the Simplified Chinese version of these Terms & Conditions and versions in other languages, the Simplified Chinese version shall prevail.
