Submitting the reservation form does not confirm your reservation. Your reservation will be confirmed only upon receipt of a “Reservation Time Confirmation” email from Hankyu Umeda Main Store.

If any required information is missing, it may take longer to process your request, and we may be unable to confirm your reservation.

＜Eligibility＞

＜Validity Period＞

・The Trial Pass is valid for seven consecutive days, including the date of issuance.

・Only customers who receive their first Trial Pass during the campaign period may apply for the Trial Pass up to three times within one year of the initial date of issuance.

＜Important Information＞

Once your cumulative eligible tax-free purchase amount at Hankyu Hanshin Department Stores over the past year reaches JPY 1,000,000, the Service Trial Pass will no longer be available, and you will be enrolled as a full member of the Overseas Customer VIP Club.

Once enrolled as a full member, no further Service Trial Passes may be issued or used.
