Activity Rules：

1. Limited discount up to THB 60/transaction and THB 1,000/bank/month

2. The promotion is limited to 35,000 redemptions throughout the promotion period on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. The system will determine eligibility and redemption based on the Thailand local date and time. Transactions made from 00:00 hrs onwards will be counted as redemptions for the following day.

4. The amount displayed on the sales receipt or payment page may reflect the full price prior to discount. The actual amount paid after the discount will be reflected in the SMS notification and in the cardholder’s bank statement or mobile banking application.

5. The promotion can be used in conjunction with any other promotions, except for other UnionPay promotions. Cardholders are entitled to only one UnionPay promotion. The system will automatically apply the promotion offering the highest discount or benefit.

6. The discount cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.

7. In case of any issues or if the card cannot be used, please contact the customer service of the card-issuing bank.

8. For any issues with the discount not being applied after use, please contact UnionPay customer service via Facebook Messenger at “UnionPay International – Thailand” (https://www.facebook.com/UnionPayThailand) within 45 days from the transaction date for further assistance. Otherwise, the company reserves the right to reject any retroactive refund or compensation claims.

9. In case of refunds, only the amount actually paid by the cardholder will be refunded, excluding the discount.

10. In case of refunds or cancellations for transactions that enjoy discounts, the user will be deemed to have forfeited the discount. The actual payment amount of the order shall be refunded to the user's original payment card. The quota is considered as used.

11. UnionPay International will not provide any compensation or replacement discount if the cardholder is unable to receive the discount for any reason, whether due to technical issues, personal circumstances, or any other reasons, including, but not limited to, pre-authorized transactions, delays in the posting or settlement of transactions after the transaction date, which may result in the promotional discount quota being fully utilized by the time the transaction is settled, insufficient funds, unsuccessful payment processing, system interruptions, unsupported devices, failure to use the latest version of the application, or failure to enable Location Services.

12. In case of any fraud, misrepresentation, abuse of benefits, unlawful conduct, or violation of the terms and conditions of the promotion, UnionPay International reserves the right, without prior notice, to disqualify any cardholder and/or cancel, revoke, or claw back any or all benefits granted. UnionPay International further reserves the right to deny participation in any future promotions, and to seek compensation and/or take legal action as deemed appropriate depending on the severity of each case.

13. UnionPay International is not the supplier or provider of any products or services and shall not be responsible for any products, services, or ancillary services offered by the merchants, which shall be solely responsible for the same. For any inquiries or disputes, cardholders should contact the relevant merchant or service provider directly.

14. The promotional materials are permitted solely for promoting UnionPay activities and must be removed after the promotion ends. UnionPay International is not responsible for any unauthorized use thereafter.
