1. Anyone meeting any of the following criteria will be regarded as "one user": using or owning the same device, same registered mobile phone number, same mobile phone number registered with a bank, same physical bank card number, same ID card number, or same APP account.
2. Users should use their own devices, APP accounts, bank cards, and QR payment codes to participate in the promotion.
3. Split bills are not allowed. If any user needs to make multiple purchases, they need to line up again. A cashier has the right to reject the user who jumps the queue from continuing to use UnionPay QR code or UnionPay card for payment.

7. 8. Discount verification for department stores is available from 10:00 to 22:00 during the promotion period, and for hotels it is available from 0:00 to 24:00. The time of the promotion varies and can be adjusted according to the business hours of merchants in different scenarios, and the promotion is not available for the rest of the time. The time records of all activities of this promotion will accord with the time records of UnionPay's switching and clearing system. To the extent permitted by law, UnionPay reserves the right to adjust, suspend, and terminate this promotion effective upon announcement.
9. By participating in the promotion, users will be deemed to have understood and agreed to the promotion rules. For any questions about the promotion rules, the user can appeal to participating merchants or UnionPay hotline 95516.
