3. Rules:
Users who log in to the "UnionPay APP", claim dining coupons in "Offers - Coupons", and conduct transactions with participating merchants by tapping, swiping, inserting their physical cards binding to UnionPay APP or using mobile QuickPass enjoy a discount of CNY 30 off per purchase of CNY 150 or more. The offer is available on a first-come-first-served basis. A single user can claim and use a maximum of 1 coupon per month and a maximum of 1 coupon per checkout.

Activity Rules：

1. Anyone meeting any of the following criteria will be regarded as "one user": using or owning the same device, same registered mobile phone number, same mobile phone number registered with a bank, same physical bank card number, same ID card number, or same APP account. Users should use their own devices, APP accounts, bank cards, and QR payment codes to participate in the promotion in stores.
2. The default priority of promotional offers: fixed amount off/coupons and vouchers > points > red envelopes. You can go to "My" - "Settings" - "Payment Settings" - "Priority for Payment Code Discounts" to set it. If the promotional offer is different from the set QR code payment priority, the specified promotion offer may be invalidated.
3. Split bills are not allowed. If any user needs to make multiple purchases, they need to line up again. A cashier has the right to reject the user who jumps the queue from participating in the promotion.
4. In the event of any revocation, return, or reversal, the rebate amount will be deemed void, and the actual amount paid will be refunded to the original card. The discount will be deemed used. In the event of partial returns, the actual amount paid will be refunded in proportion, and the coupons will be deemed used.
5. For discount failures caused by user-related reasons such as incompatibility of the user's device, offline status of the device, mobile phone location function not enabled, APP not updated to the latest version, loss report of cards, replacement of cards, the discount quota will not be compensated.
6. The benefits from this promotion are for your personal use only. If anyone acquires or uses these benefits in improper ways (such as changing their location, using unapproved tools, or making fake purchases), both China UnionPay and the participating merchants have the right to disqualify that person, cancel transactions, take back any benefits (whether they've been used or not), freeze their account, and prevent them from joining future promotions.
7. Only transactions processed through UnionPay network are qualified for the promotion.
8. The time records of all activities of this promotion will accord with the time records of UnionPay's switching and clearing system. In case of a force majeure event or change of situation (such as a major disaster event, suspension or adjustment required by authorities, suspension caused by a system failure, or damage to the rights and interests of consumers caused by illegal or cheating activities), to the extent permitted by law, UnionPay reserves the right to adjust, suspend, and terminate the promotion, which will be effective upon announcement.
9. By participating in the promotion, users are deemed to have understood and agreed to the promotion rules. For any inconsistency between the rules and in-store notice, users can appeal to UnionPay. UnionPay will then solve such inconsistency promptly. For any questions about points, membership cards, products, or other activities initiated by the merchants, please consult the participating merchants.
10. Due to the possible network delay, the available quota on UnionPay APP coupons is only for reference.

Exception Clause:

1. The terms and conditions of the promotion is applicable to the merchant. Details can be consulted from customer service staff.
2. UnionPay International is neither vendors nor service providers, thus UnionPay International is not responsible for the products or services provided by the merchant. Any obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services shall be borne by the merchant.
3. Merchants and/or offer may be affected by COVID-19. Details shall be subject to the announcement of the merchant.
