In transport scenarios such as Harbin Bus, Harbin Metro, state-owned river ferries, and Autonomous Rail Rapid Transit covered by Harbin City Pass integrated payment equipment, users who conduct transactions by using the UnionPay APP "Harbin Transit QR code" enjoy a discount of 50% (up to CNY 0.99 off). This discount can be availed once daily per user during the promotion period.

Activity Rules：

1. Anyone meeting any of the following criteria will be regarded as "one user": using or owning the same device, same registered mobile phone number, same mobile phone number registered with a bank, same physical bank card number, same ID card number, or same APP account. Users should use their own devices, APP accounts, bank cards, and QR payment codes to participate in the promotion in stores.
2. The default priority of promotional offers: fixed amount off/coupons and vouchers > points > red envelopes. You can go to "My" - "Settings" - "Payment Settings" - "Priority for Payment Code Discounts" to set it. If the promotional offer is different from the set QR code payment priority, the specified promotion offer may be invalidated.
3. 4. To enable more users to benefit from this promotion, China UnionPay, SPD Bank, and the participating merchants reserve the right to withdraw discounts, recover discounts that have already been issued, and prohibit future participation in any UnionPay promotional activities for users who exploit or are suspected of exploiting UnionPay's discounts in violation of the promotion rules or in improper ways, as well as the tools they utilize, including but not limited to, mobile phone numbers, bank card numbers, and APP accounts.
5. The time records of all activities of this promotion will accord with the time records of UnionPay's switching and clearing system. In case of a force majeure event or change of situation (such as a major disaster event, suspension or adjustment required by authorities, suspension caused by a system failure, or damage to the rights and interests of consumers caused by illegal or cheating activities), to the extent permitted by law, UnionPay reserves the right to adjust, suspend, and terminate the promotion, which will be effective upon announcement.
6. By participating in the promotion, users are deemed to have understood and agreed to the promotion rules. For any inconsistency between the rules and in-store notice, users can appeal to UnionPay. UnionPay will then solve such inconsistency promptly.

Exception Clause:

1. The terms and conditions of the promotion is applicable to the merchant. Details can be consulted from customer service staff.
2. UnionPay International is neither vendors nor service providers, thus UnionPay International is not responsible for the products or services provided by the merchant. Any obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services shall be borne by the merchant.
3. Merchants and/or offer may be affected by COVID-19. Details shall be subject to the announcement of the merchant.
