Activity Rules：

1.       The promotion period is from 26 March to 5 May 2025, and is divided into phases. Phase 1 is from 26 March to 13 April 2025 and Phase 2 is from 14 April to 5 May 2025.

2.       Shoppers are required to register as ELEMENTS Club members to join this promotion. Shoppers can contact our ambassadors at +852 21968993 for more details of ELEMENTS Club registration.

3.       ELEMENTS Club members are required to present an eligible original same-day single sales receipt with the corresponding electronic payment receipt at ELEMENTS. To redeem “Reward 2”, eligible UnionPay Cardholders are required to present in person an eligible original same-day single sales receipt from designated merchants at ELEMENTS, using an eligible UnionPay payment means, and the corresponding original electronic payment receipt. The minimum spend amount must exclude any ineligible spending as defined in clause 14, and excludes the value of any ELEMENTS Gift Vouchers or e-Vouchers/ Category Specific e-Vouchers/ Conditional e-Vouchers used. The name on the credit/debit card/UnionPay cards must be the same as that on the electronic payment receipt. Cash and Octopus payments are not eligible.

In Phase 1 (From 26 March to 13 April 2025):

                     i.            Spending of HK$60,000 or more will earn ELEMENTS Points and HK$1,000 ELEMENTS e-Vouchers.

                   ii.            Spending of HK$200,000 or more will earn double ELEMENTS Points, limited to a maximum extra of 499,999 ELEMENTS Points per transaction and HK$4,000 ELEMENTS e-Vouchers.

                  iii.            Spending of HK$500,000 or more will earn triple ELEMENTS Points, limited to a maximum extra of 4,000,000 ELEMENTS Points per transaction and HK$15,000 ELEMENTS e-Vouchers.

In Phase 2 (From 14 April to 5 May 2025):

                  iv.            Spending of HK$60,000 or more will earn ELEMENTS Points and HK$1,000 ELEMENTS e-Vouchers.

                    v.            Spending of HK$200,000 or more will earn double Points, limited to a maximum extra of 100,000 ELEMENTS Points per transaction and HK$4,000 ELEMENTS e-Vouchers.

                  vi.            Spending of HK$500,000 or more will earn triple ELEMENTS Points, limited to a maximum extra of 1,000,000 ELEMENTS Points per transaction and HK$15,000 ELEMENTS e-Vouchers.

4.       ELEMENTS Club members are entitled to redeem the Reward in each spending tier of “Reward 1 & 2” once per day, and up to two times during the entire promotion period.

5.       Daily quotas apply and redemption is on a first come, first served basis while stocks last.

6.       “Reward 2” is only applicable to UnionPay credit and debit cards (the “UnionPay Card”) with the UnionPay Logo, UnionPay Contactless Payment (including Apple Pay and Huawei Pay) and UnionPay QR Code (including UnionPay App or other mobile apps which support UnionPay QR Code), except for the RMB cards issued by specific Hong Kong and Macau card issuing institutions. The qualified transactions must be settled via the UnionPay network.

7.       For transactions with a physical UnionPay Card, please present the physical card (screenshots of electronic devices are not accepted), original copies of eligible sales receipts from the merchants, and corresponding original electronic payment receipts in person. The physical card must bear the same card number as on the original electronic payment receipts.

8.       For transactions with UnionPay Mobile QuickPass, eligible UnionPay Cardholders are required to log in onsite and present the eligible virtual UnionPay Card on a mobile device or watch (screenshots of electronic devices are not accepted), original copies of eligible sales receipts from the merchants, and corresponding original electronic payment receipts. For transactions with UnionPay QR Code, eligible UnionPay Cardholders are required to log in onsite and present the transaction details in the app on a mobile device (screenshots of electronic devices are not accepted), original copies of eligible sales receipts from merchants, and corresponding original electronic payment receipts.

9.       To redeem “Reward 1” and “Reward 2” at the same time, all transactions within the same redemption must be paid with either one of the eligible UnionPay payment means by the same ELEMENTS Club member.

10.    ELEMENTS Points Rewards include basic points and bonus points. The bonus points will be credited to the member’s account within six weeks after the promotion period has ended.

11.    Handwritten receipts, duplicated, reprinted or photocopied receipts and damaged receipts will not be accepted for this promotion.

12.    Each eligible sales receipt will entitle ELEMENTS Club members to earn points and redeem a reward once only, and both actions are performed at the same time. Points cannot be registered after redeeming a reward.

13.    ELEMENTS Club members are required to present eligible sales receipts from different merchants for each redemption of each reward on the same day.

14.    Receipts from 3hreeSixty, Mannings or Mainland Coaches, bank charges, membership fee payments, telecommunications services, car parks, wedding banquets, private and corporate functions at restaurant outlets, 999.9 gold and Gold Club, purchase of products or services with special discounts or offers provided by tenants, purchases of cash vouchers/ gift vouchers/ gift cards and value-adding receipts from any shops or restaurants are excluded from this reward programme and are NOT eligible.

15.    Deposits on merchandise are NOT accepted. For instalment transactions, only the first month’s instalment payment amount will be accepted for this promotion.

16.    ELEMENTS, UnionPay International Co., Ltd. (refers to “UnionPay International”) and merchants reserve the right to record the first 6 and last 4 digits of the corresponding UnionPay Card and scan the eligible UnionPay Cardholders’ computer-printed receipts and corresponding electronic payment slips for internal reference only. The information collected will be destroyed 3 months after the Promotion.

17.    Receipts that have been used for reward redemption in this promotion at ELEMENTS will NOT be eligible for any cash refund, return or the redemption of rewards in other promotions.

18.    This offer cannot be exchanged for cash or other services or products. All redemptions are non-refundable and non-transferable.

19.    ELEMENTS Club members can register for rewards at the following designated times:

                     i.            Eligible spending transacted after 10pm on 13 April 2025 can register for the redemption from 10am to 10pm on 14 April 2025.

                   ii.            Eligible spending transacted after 10pm on 5 May 2025 can register for the redemption from 10am to 10pm on 6 May 2025.

Rewards cannot be redeemed in case of late redemption.

20.    e-Vouchers will be given in fixed denominations via ELEMENTS App and are valid at participating merchants. Please log in to ELEMENTS App to use the e-Vouchers. Any outstanding balance after deducting the face value of ELEMENTS e-Vouchers for “Reward 2” must be settled by UnionPay payment means via the UnionPay network.

21.    “Reward 2” is applicable to designated merchants with UnionPay payment means acceptance only. The list of UnionPay payment means accepting merchants will be updated from time to time. Eligible UnionPay Cardholders may check with merchants for the latest status of UnionPay Card payment acceptance.

22.    ELEMENTS’ decision as to what constitutes an eligible or ineligible transaction shall be final and conclusive.

23.    ELEMENTS and UnionPay International are neither vendor nor service provider, thus the Companies shall not take any responsibility for the products or services provided by the merchants. ELEMENTS and UnionPay International shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

24.    ELEMENTS and UnionPay International reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

25.    In the interest of fairness, employees of the merchants at ELEMENTS are not permitted to participate in this programme.

26.    In the event of any dispute, ELEMENTS and UnionPay International reserve the right of final decision on all matters concerning this offer.

27.    In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

Exception Clause:

1. The terms and conditions of the promotion is applicable to the merchant. Details can be consulted from customer service staff.
2. UnionPay International is neither vendors nor service providers, thus UnionPay International is not responsible for the products or services provided by the merchant. Any obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services shall be borne by the merchant.
3.The design, text, images and links contained in this page shall only be used, permitted by UnionPay International, for the purpose of promoting the corresponding activities of UnionPay International. After the end of the promotion, the link and other related content will be invalid. If used, please delete it immediately.
