Activity content：

From 20 August to 14 September 2025, The Point Gold members who visit the SHKP Malls Gift Card sales counter and purchase a HK$8,000 SHKP Malls Gift Card using UnionPay will receive rewards of up to $300 Point Dollar.

- Use UnionPay cards or UnionPay Mobile Pay to get $250 Point Dollar (equivalent to 62,500 The Point bonus points).

- Use UnionPay QR Code Payment to get $300 Point Dollar (equivalent to 75,000 The Point bonus points).

This promotion will be terminated immediately once all offer quotas are depleted, without prior notice.

Activity Rules：

1.          The promotion period of “UnionPay‧SHKP Malls Gift Card Promotion Exclusive for The Point Gold Member” (“Promotion”) is from 20 August to 14 September 2025, while stock lasts (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion will be terminated immediately after all quotas of the Offers are depleted without prior notice.

2.          The Promotion is only applicable to The Point Gold members of The Point Integrated Loyalty Program (“Eligible Members”).

3.          The Promotion is applicable to UnionPay Credit Card, ATM Card and Debit Card (refers to “UnionPay Card”). The qualified transaction must be settled via UnionPay network to participate in the Promotion.

4.          The Promotion is only applicable to the SHKP Malls Gift Card sales counter in the participating malls under Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency Limited (the “SHK Real”), including apm (Kwun Tong), East Point City (Tseung Kwan O), Harbour North (North Point), Landmark North (Sheung Shui), New Town Plaza (Sha Tin), Tai Po Mega Mall (Tai Po), V city (Tuen Mun) and YOHO MALL (Yuen Long) (the “Participating Malls”). 5.          During the Promotion Period, Eligible Members are entitled to redeem the reward (“Reward”) stated below (“Offer”) upon purchasing a HK$8,000 SHKP Malls Gift Card with the Eligible UnionPay Card, UnionPay Mobile Pay (including but not limited to Apple Pay and Huawei  Pay) or UnionPay QR Code (including the UnionPay App or other mobile apps supporting UnionPay QR Code payment) at the SHKP Malls Gift Card sales counter in the Participating Malls:

‧        Use UnionPay Card, UnionPay Mobile Pay (including but not limited to Apple Pay and Huawei Pay) to get $250 Point Dollar (equivalent to 62,500 The Point bonus points)

‧        Use UnionPay QR Code (including the UnionPay App or other mobile apps supporting UnionPay QR Code payment) to get $300 Point Dollar (equivalent to 75,000 The Point bonus points)

6.          Eligible Members must be the UnionPay Card cardholders and the relevant The Point Gold member themselves. Staff at Participating Malls reserves the right to request the purchaser to provide identification documents for verification purposes.

7.          Total quotas available across all Participating Malls during the entire Promotion Period is 1,600, and are available on a first-come-first-served basis, while stocks last. The Promotion will be terminated immediately without prior notice after all quotas are depleted, and the computer records of SHK Real and/or Participating Malls shall prevail.

8.          Each Eligible Member (based on The Point member ID) is entitled to enjoy the Offer once each day in the same Participating Mall and enjoy the Offer twice across all Participating Malls throughout the entire Promotion Period.

9.          All transactions made via Alipay HK, WeChat Pay HK, Alipay, WeChat Pay, online banking, Paypal and other designated payment means / e-Wallet as decided by UnionPay International Company Limited (“UnionPay International”) will not be accepted for this Promotion.

10.      Eligible Members should note that some card types may be affected by the configuration of the card issuing bank. It is necessary to enable the overseas transaction permission in advance, pay close attention to the account balance or spending limit, and get transaction password ready. For details, Eligible Members can contact the relevant card issuing bank.

11.      Split transactions or settlements with multiple The Point membership accounts or UnionPay Cards are not accepted. In the event of the above or any fraudulent acts, staff at Participating Malls reserves the right to reject the participation of the members.

12.      All Rewards will be credited to the Eligible Members' The Point account in the form of The Point bonus points on or before 31 October 2025. The expiry date of the related The Point bonus points will be 31 March 2027. Each $1 Point Dollar (equivalent to 250 The Point bonus points) can be used as HK$1 when spending at applicable merchants in the Participating Malls. Please refer to The Point App for the applicable merchant list and the related terms and conditions of The Point Integrated Loyalty Program (https://www.thepoint.com.hk/en/terms-and-conditions.html) for the use of Point Dollar / The Point bonus points.

13.      Eligible Members cannot use the same receipt for purchasing SHKP Malls Gift Card to participate in this Promotion and “SHKP Malls Gift Card Mobile Payment Extra Rewards Program” at the same time. Unless otherwise specified, transaction on purchase of SHKP Malls Gift Card is neither eligible for The Point point registration nor joining other mall promotions (including existing free parking privileges of Participating Malls).

14.      SHKP Malls Gift Card cannot be cancelled, altered, returned and refunded or exchanged for cash, other product(s) or service under any conditions once they are sold. If SHKP Malls Gift Card is lost, damaged or stolen, UnionPay International, SHK Real and Participating Malls shall not be responsible for these incidents.

15.      SHKP Malls Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of the card being purchased. The expiry date is printed on the card back as VALID THRU “MONTH / YEAR”. Purchase and use of SHKP Malls Gift Card is bound by related terms and conditions. 16.      Staff at Participating Malls reserves the right to record Eligible Member’s The Point member ID, partial UnionPay Card card number (the first 6 and last 4 digits or the last 4 digits), and request Eligible Members using UnionPay Mobile Pay or UnionPay QR Code payment to open the corresponding mobile app and present the transaction record (if applicable) for internal reference and verification purposes. Provision of the above information by Eligible Members represents that Eligible Members agree to the collection and understand the purpose of collection.

17.      Eligible Members must keep all original copies of the receipts for purchasing designated value of SHKP Malls Gift Card. In case of dispute, UnionPay International, SHK Real and Participating Malls may at any time ask the Eligible Members to submit these receipts, and/or further documents or evidence for verification and record.

18.      By participating in the Promotion, the Eligible Member accepts and agrees to abide by all relevant terms and conditions.

19.      In case of any fraud or abuse, UnionPay International, SHK Real and Participating Malls reserve the right to disqualify the members immediately and retrieve the Rewards from the members after disqualification.

20.      UnionPay International, SHK Real and Participating Malls reserve the right to alter or terminate the Offers and to amend the terms and conditions of the Promotion at any time within the limits allowed by applicable laws. In case of any disputes, the decision of SHK Real and Participating Malls shall be final.

21.      The Chinese version of these terms and conditions shall prevail whenever there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions.

Exception Clause:

1. The terms and conditions of the promotion is applicable to the merchant. Details can be consulted from customer service staff.
2. UnionPay International is neither vendors nor service providers, thus UnionPay International is not responsible for the products or services provided by the merchant. Any obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services shall be borne by the merchant.
