  • Activity content:

    During the activity period, cardholders can enjoy discount privileges when visiting participating medical institutions of MSH. Cardholders need to register for the MSH Care electronic discount card (hereinafter referred to as the "discount card") through the platform and submit medical consultation requests (personal information needs to be completed for the first submission), including the name of the hospital, medical condition, desired consultation time, etc. A medical health assistant will then contact the cardholder to confirm the appointment information and results. Cardholders can enjoy discount services by presenting relevant identification documents during the consultation (different medical institutions may require different types of identification, and cardholders should follow the medical assistant's arrangements).

  • Activity Rules:

    (1) Cardholders can register for the discount card via:

    Method1: Enter the "U Rewards" in the "UnionPay APP" to register/log in to their existing accounts – select the "Medical Health" section – choose "Discount Privileges for Private Medical Institutions on the Chinese Mainland".

    Method2: register for a "U Rewards" platform account and bind Unionpay card via https://benefit.unionpayintl.com/mobile/#/account/login – select the "Medical Health" section – choose "Discount Privileges for Private Medical Institutions on the Chinese Mainland".

    (2) After registering for the discount card, cardholders can make appointments and submit consultation requests in "U Rewards" – "Me" – "Benefit Wallet" – "Discount Privileges for Private Medical Institutions on the Chinese Mainland ", including the hospital name, medical condition, desired consultation time, etc. A medical health assistant will contact the cardholder to confirm the appointment.

    (3) Benefit is only applicable to UnionPay cardholders with cards issued outside the Chinese Mainland (including Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan regions of China) (the list of eligible countries and regions includes: Hong Kong, China; Macau, China; Taiwan, China; Vietnam; Cambodia; Indonesia; New Zealand; Singapore; Thailand; Japan; South Africa; United States; Malaysia; Canada; South Korea; Philippines; France; Germany; Pakistan; Australia; United Arab Emirates). There is no limit to the number of uses per card during the benefit period.

    (4) The benefit supports appointments for consultation times starting 2 days later and within 30 days. The medical health assistant will confirm the appointment information at least one day in advance. The actual appointment time and required documents for consultation shall be subject to the confirmation by the medical health assistant.

    (5) If the cardholder fails to attend the consultation as scheduled after a successful appointment, the benefit will be deemed as used. To cancel or change the appointment, please call the MSH customer service hotline. Failure to attend the consultation as scheduled may affect the use of subsequent benefits.

    (6) This benefit is only for the cardholder's personal use and cannot be transferred to others. The cardholder shall bear the consequences arising from such transfer.

    (7) The list of supporting medical institutions and the discount range shall be subject to the information displayed on the discount card page.

    (8) To enable more cardholders to enjoy this privilege, in case of any of the following situations, the UnionPay International Co., Ltd. (“UnionPay International“) has the right to restrict or cancel the cardholder's eligibility to participate in the activity, and has the right to cancel or withdraw the already issued privileges without prior notice, including but not limited to: (1) conducting false transactions or illegal transactions. (2) violating the activity rules or using any means or tools that violate good faith, such as system loopholes, plug-in software, and add-ons, to obtain privileges. (3) having the eligibility to participate in activities restricted due to violations in other marketing activities of UnionPay International previously.

    (9) The user agrees and authorizes to provide their name and mobile phone number to UnionPay International for the purpose of providing privileges and handling complaints. The information collection period is consistent with the activity period. If the user needs to stop the information authorization, please unbind the card and stop participating in this activity.

    (10) All time points of this activity are subject to the time of the UnionPay International back-end system (Beijing time). In case of force majeure events, such as major disasters, the need to stop or adjust as required by the competent authorities, system failures necessitating suspension, or illegal and fraudulent activities that harm consumers' rights and interests, within the scope permitted by law, UnionPay International reserves the right to adjust, suspend, and terminate this activity, and it will take effect after being announced.

    (11) By participating in the activity, the user is deemed to have understood and agreed to these activity rules.

    (14) The terms and conditions are written in both Chinese and English languages. If there are any differences, the simplified Chinese version shall prevail.

  • Exception Clause:

    1. The terms and conditions of the promotion is applicable to the merchant. Details can be consulted from customer service staff.
    2. UnionPay International is neither vendors nor service providers, thus UnionPay International is not responsible for the products or services provided by the merchant. Any obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services shall be borne by the merchant.

After the end of the promotion, the link and other related content will be invalid. If used, please delete it immediately. Unionpay International shall not be liable for the consequences or damages incurred as a result of any failure to delete it in time or unreasonable use.
