    From 1 November 2025 to 30 April 2026, UnionPay cardholders (issued in Chinese Mainland or Southeast Asia, with a card number starting with “62”) who bind their cards on Grab can enjoy the following exclusive challenges and rewards:

    • Challenge 1. UnionPay Card Binding Challenge
      Bind your UnionPay card for the first time and complete a transaction to receive a RM5 Grab Transport voucher.

    • Challenge 2. Ride-Hailing Discount
      Enjoy RM2 off for every Grab ride with a minimum spend of RM10 (limited to once per day).

    • Challenge 3. Ride Transaction Reward
      Complete at least 10 ride-hailing transactions worth RM10 or above within the same calendar month to receive an additional RM5 Grab Food voucher.


    Redemption Limits and Rules:

    • Challenge 1: Each new UnionPay card-binding user may link multiple UnionPay cards  (issued in Chinese Mainland or Southeast Asia, with a card number starting with “62”) to their Grab account, but the reward will only be granted for the first successfully linked UnionPay card. Each user is entitled to receive the reward only once.

    • Challenge 2: Limited to 1 redemption per card per day, up to 30 redemptions per quarter.

    • Challenge 3: Each UnionPay cardholder who completes at least 10 ride-hailing transactions worth RM10 or above within a calendar month will receive 1 RM5 Grab Food voucher.


    Additional Terms:

    • • This promotion is valid only for Grab ride-hailing services, and not applicable to Grab Hitch, Grab Wheels, or Grab Shuttle.

    • • This promotion is valid only within Grab Transport service areas in Malaysia.

    • • This promotion cannot be combined with any other Grab promotions, and the reward cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred into other forms of rewards.

    • • Consumers must pay the balance after deducting the discount. If the discount exceeds the service fee for a given ride, the difference cannot be exchanged for cash or carried forward to the next ride.

    • • In the event of system errors, application issues, or suspension of consumer accounts, Grab reserves the right to suspend the service or terminate the promotion without compensation or prior notice.

    • • This promotion is only valid for UnionPay cardholders  (issued in Chinese Mainland or Southeast Asia, with a card number starting with “62”).

    • • Excluded transactions: UnionPay online banking payments, on-local transactions, on-us transactions, and transactions made via third-party platforms (e.g., Alipay, WeChat Pay).

    • • The promotion is based on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last.

    3. Geographic Limitation:This promotion is valid only within the Grab Transport service areas in Malaysia.

    4. Restriction of Use:This promotion cannot be combined with other Grab promotions, and the reward cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred into other forms of rewards.

    5. Payment of Balance:Consumers must pay the balance after deducting the discount. If the discount amount exceeds the service fee for a given ride, the difference cannot be exchanged for cash or carried forward to the next ride.

    6. Currency Exchange:Where currency conversion is involved, the applicable rate shall be based on the exchange rate published by UnionPay International on the transaction date.

    7. System or Account Issues:In the event of system errors, application issues, or suspension of consumer accounts, Grab reserves the right to suspend the service or terminate the promotion without compensation or prior notice.

    8. Terms and Modifications:By participating in this promotion, cardholders are deemed to have accepted and agreed to comply with all campaign terms and conditions. To the extent permitted by law, UnionPay International and Grab reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions, or to amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion without prior notice and without assuming any liability. In the event of discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall prevail. In case of dispute, the decision of UnionPay International shall be final.

    9. Language Version:In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the Simplified Chinese version shall prevail.
