When shopping at Isetan Mitsukoshi Group department stores in Japan, if you present “REWARDS” in the MITSUKOSHI ISETAN JAPAN APP along with your passport with your name on it, you will receive a 5% discount on your purchase amount. There are some items not eligible for the discount.

・To use the REWARDS, prior arrangements are required. After downloading the MITSUKOSHI ISETAN JAPAN APP, you can activate and use the REWARDS at the tax-free counters (or some service counters) in each department store.

Step 1: Visit and Download the MITSUKOSHI ISETAN JAPAN APP

Step 2: Register to become a member

Step 3: Register the use of the REWARDS (agree to the terms and register your passport information)

Step 4: Activate the REWARDS at the tax-free counter (or some service counters) of Isetan Mitsukoshi Group department stores within Japan.

Step 5: Complete

・The validity period is one year.Use is limited to the individual (lending or transferring to others is not allowed).

・When using a credit card or UnionPay card, the name on the bank card must match the name on the REWARDS.

【Eligibility】

・Customers visiting Japan (customers with passports from countries other than Japan)

・Customers with a short-term stay residence status

・Residence status seal: Customers with permit approval dates of less than six month

【Items excluded from discounts】

・Sale items that are already discounted.

・Products priced below 3,000 yen each (excluding consumption tax).

・Food, restaurant, and cafe dining expenses

・Costs for transportation, tailoring, processing, and repair

・Photography, beauty salons, barbershops, spa services

・Some brands excluded from discounts (Brands excluded from discounts are subject to change)

・Discounts are calculated in units of 10 yen, with any remainders rounded down.

・The REWARDS cannot be combined with other discounts or benefits (tax exemption is available for residents outside of Japan).

・For more details about REWARDS, please contact the department store staff or the tax-free counter.
