Takeaway Offer via Eligible UnionPay card to spend HK$60 to get HK$8 off

This promotion offer is only applicable to a cardholder holding a valid UnionPay card (“Eligible UnionPay card”). A cardholder holding a valid Eligible UnionPay card shall be referred to as the "Cardholder" below. An “Eligible Transaction” occurs when a Cardholder makes a transaction through OpenRice mobile application and uses his/her Eligible UnionPay card to pay for all relevant fares and fees associated with that transaction. By participating in this promotion offer, the Cardholder acknowledges that he/she/it has read, understood, accepted and agreed to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. The Promotion Period of the offer runs from 23 February 2026 to 19 April 2026 (“Promotion Period”), or until offer quota redeemed (whichever is earlier).

1. This promotion offer only applies to OpenRice Takeaway Service.
2. Customer must be an OpenRice member, maintain a valid OpenRice mobile application user account with a valid registered mobile phone number, and register an Eligible UnionPay Card as the payment method for OpenRice Takeaway Service.
3. Customer must be Hong Kong residents aged 18 or above and hold a valid Hong Kong Identity Card.
4. Takeaway Offer: In every Monday and Saturday during the Promotion Period, each OpenRice user account and each Eligible UnionPay Card (including Eligible UnionPay Card bound in Apple Pay and UnionPay APP) can enjoy HK$8 instant discount upon single net transaction amount of HK$60 or above on takeaway order. 500 quotas per promotion day on first-come first-served basis. Each eligible OpenRice member and eligible UnionPay card can only enjoy the Offer once per promotion day in each promotion week.

5. The promotion offers as mentioned in Clause 4 are only applicable to the first 500 OpenRice members who have successfully registered his/her Eligible UnionPay Card as the payment method for OpenRice Takeaway Service on each designated Monday or designated Saturday during the promotion period. The offer is available on a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last.
6. This promotion offer only applies to OpenRice Takeaway Service and Customer has to confirm using the registered Eligible UnionPay Card as means for payment before checkout.
7. Once the takeout order is cancelled, the discount will be released for the next user without any retention or compensation under all circumstances.
8. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion offer or promotional discount coupons, unless otherwise specified.
9. The Offer above cannot be exchanged for cash/service, other products or discounts and is not transferable.
10. The Offer is on first-come-first-served base while stock last and is subject to availabilities of the relevant order items. Offer will not be reserved to any User for any reason before the Merchant has confirmed accepting the relevant transaction order.
11. Under the law of Hong Kong, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to a minor in the course of business. 根據香港法律，不得在業務過程中，向未成年人售賣或供應令人醺醉的酒類。
12. The Offer is only applicable to Cardholders whose Eligible Card accounts are determined at the sole discretion of UnionPay International to be in good standing and remain valid and not in default during the relevant Promotion Period.
13. Any fraud and/or abuse of the Offer by any person (as determined by the Openrice Limited UnionPay International at their sole discretion) will result in forfeiture of the person’s eligibility to the Offers. UnionPay International reserve the right to deduct the value of any Offer redeemed inappropriately to a Cardholder directly from any of the Cardholder’s Eligible Card without prior notice and/or take legal action in such instances to recover any outstanding amounts.
14. Openrice Limited and UnionPay International shall not be responsible for any obligations and liabilities in relation to the products or services provided by the respective product or service provider(s).
15. Openrice Limited and UnionPay International shall not be responsible for any matter in relation to submission delay, loss, and any information transmission error due to technical problems including but not limited to any computer or internet network issues.
16. Users are responsible for all expenses regarding to this campaign, including but not limited to transportation, tax and insurance.
17. Should there be any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

19. In the event of disputes, the decision of Openrice Limited and UnionPay International shall be final and binding.
20. Openrice Limited and UnionPay International reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time as well as to vary or terminate the offer without prior notice.

1. The terms and conditions of the promotion is applicable to the merchant. Details can be consulted from customer service staff.
2. UnionPay International is neither vendors nor service providers, thus UnionPay International is not responsible for the products or services provided by the merchant. Any obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services shall be borne by the merchant.
3.The design, text, images and links contained in this page shall only be used, permitted by UnionPay International, for the purpose of promoting the corresponding activities of UnionPay International. After the end of the promotion, the link and other related content will be invalid. If used, please delete it immediately. Unionpay International shall not be liable for the consequences or damages incurred as a result of any failure to delete it in time or unreasonable use.
