(1) Each card is limited to a maximum of two rooms per accommodation booking and up to 6 guests per dining offer.  

(2) Room reservations must be made in advance by phone, and you must proactively inform staff that you wish to use the cardholder promotion.  

(3) Reservations for accommodation, dining, hot springs, and spa services must be made in advance by phone, proactively informing staff of your intent to use the cardholder promotion.  

(4) Private hot spring rooms and public baths are open from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM (last entry at 10:00 PM).  

(5) Peak/off-peak season definition: Peak season (January–March, October–December); Off-peak season (April–September).  

(6) Regular closing day: Every Wednesday.  

(7) This promotion requires the cardholder to be present; complimentary spots must be fully redeemed on the same visit and used simultaneously upon entry—no separate usage permitted under any circumstances.  

(8) This offer is valid only when the UnionPay cardholder pays the full amount with their UnionPay card; it cannot be combined with other merchant promotions and cannot be redeemed for cash or refunds.  

(9) This promotion applies to weekdays and weekends/holidays as defined by the hotel and is not valid on special holidays, public holidays, long weekends, or designated festive periods; special dates are per the venue's official announcements.  

(10) Dining includes a 10% service charge calculated on the original price.  

(11) Banquets, private events, group packages, takeaway orders, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and sale/promotional items are excluded.  

(12) Cannot be combined with any other offers.
