During campaign period, users who successfully complete a single transaction of 60 AED or more using a UnionPay payment method at all gas station-type merchants in the UAE that accept UnionPay cards can enjoy the following differentiated offers:

1. Campaign Period:
March 23, 2026, to December 31, 2026 (inclusive of both dates). The time is based on the UnionPay backend system time.

2. Participation Method:

Registration Required: Users must successfully register through the activity QR code or a designated link (U Plan registration).

Scope of Application: Successful consumption at all gas station-type merchants in the UAE that accept UnionPay cards. Currently supported merchant brands (list being updated): ENOC, EPPCO, ADNOC.

Offer Mechanism: Users who complete a single transaction of 60 AED or more using a UnionPay payment method can enjoy the following differentiated offers:

UnionPay Mobile Pay: Up to 30 AED random instant discount

UnionPay Card Payment: Up to 20 AED random instant discount

Frequency Limit: A single user can use the discount a maximum of 2 times per day, and a single card can use it a maximum of 50 times throughout the activity period.

Quota Limit: Quota is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, based on the actual transaction sequence, until the budget is exhausted.

Applicable Cards: This activity is limited to UnionPay cards (including credit and debit cards) issued globally with a card number starting with 62. Before payment, please ensure your card face bears the *UnionPay* logo, and the payment card number is consistent with the registered card number. If the registered card number is entered incorrectly or does not match the actual payment card number, the discount cannot be applied.

Mobile Pay Definition: "Using NFC wallet function on your mobile to bind and pay with a UnionPay card starting with 62, such as Apple Pay, Huawei Wallet, Xiaomi Wallet, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, etc

Network Requirement: Transactions must be processed through the UnionPay network to participate. Payments made by binding a UnionPay card to a third-party wallet are not eligible for the discount.

3. User Definition:
The same device, the same user ID, the same registered mobile phone number, the same mobile phone number reserved with the bank card, the same bank card (physical card), the same ID number, etc., are all considered the same user. Virtual mobile numbers are not allowed to participate in the activity.

4. Refund Rules:
Only valid consumption transactions are eligible for participation. Cancellation, pre-authorization, refunds, or abnormal payments are not eligible for the discount.

Amount Calculation: In the event of a refund (full or partial), only the amount actually paid by the cardholder will be refunded; the discounted amount will not be returned.

Refunds are only supported via the original payment channel; cash refunds are not accepted.

Exchange Rate Difference: Due to exchange rate fluctuations, the real-time exchange rate at the time of refund may differ from the time of debit, resulting in a discrepancy between the actual refunded RMB amount and the initial debit amount.

5. Merchant Category Code (MCC) Special Note:
The activity discount is determined by the merchant's registered Merchant Category Code (MCC) with the local acquiring institution. Consumption must be at a designated brand merchant marked with a gas station-related MCC to enjoy the discount. If the merchant's actual business category is inconsistent with the registered MCC, resulting in the cardholder not receiving the instant discount, UnionPay International shall not be responsible, nor will it accept subsequent compensation appeals of this nature.

6. Compliance:
Users are prohibited from engaging in fraudulent transactions, illegal profiteering, malicious use of multiple accounts/devices, the use of robots or crawler software, or any other violations. Upon discovery, UnionPay has the right to revoke its eligibility, recover any benefits already enjoyed, and pursue legal action.

7. Arbitrage Handling:
Users who violate the rules for malicious arbitrage will have the fraudulently obtained discount funds recovered by UnionPay, be added to a blacklist, and be refused participation in any subsequent UnionPay promotional activities.

8. Disclaimer:
The organizer and UnionPay International are not responsible for situations in which users are unable to participate due to unsupported electronic devices, restricted card functions, or third-party system issues.

9. Specific Restrictions:
Transactions for purchasing gift cards, prepaid cards, etc., are not eligible for this activity.

10. Organizer's Rights:
This activity is organized by UnionPay International. Within the scope permitted by laws and regulations, the organizer reserves the right to adjust the rules (including, but not limited to, amounts, thresholds, quotas, etc.) based on the actual progress of the activity. The adjustment information will be announced on the activity page and will take effect upon announcement.

2. UnionPay International is neither vendors nor service providers, thus UnionPay International is not responsible for the products or services provided by the merchant. Any obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services shall be borne by the merchant.
