UnionPay cardholders can enjoy an instant discount of JPY 400 when spending JPY 10,000 or more in a single transaction. Registered cardholders can enjoy an instant discount of JPY 2,000 when spending JPY 40,000 or more in a single transaction.

1. This campaign is available only at designated participating merchants. Please refer to the UnionPay official website for the list of participating stores.

2. For the campaign offering an instant discount of JPY 400 on a single transaction of JPY 10,000 or more, eligible UnionPay cards do not need to register during the campaign period. Cardholders may enjoy the discount up to 3 times in total, limited to once per day. For the campaign offering an instant discount on a single transaction of JPY 40,000 or more, each card only needs to be registered once during the campaign period. Cardholders may enjoy the discount up to 3 times in total, limited to once per day. Cards that have not been registered are not eligible for the discount.

3. When using a UnionPay card at designated offline merchants and settling the payment through the UnionPay network, the instant discount will be applied automatically once the single transaction amount meets the required threshold. During the campaign period, each mobile phone number may register up to 3 bank cards only.

4. Please refer to the bank SMS notification or the UnionPay app linked to your mobile phone for the actual discount amount after payment. The discount amount will not be shown on the merchant receipt.

5. In the event of a refund or return, only the actual amount paid by the cardholder will be refunded. The instant discount amount will not be refunded, and the discount usage count will not be restored.

6. If multiple UnionPay instant discount campaigns are available at the same merchant at the same time, users may only enjoy the highest-value discount once. Discounts from the same campaign cannot be combined.

7. This campaign is intended to allow more cardholders to enjoy promotional benefits. For cardholders who use or are suspected of using methods that violate the campaign terms, rules, or any improper means to obtain UnionPay discounts, UnionPay International reserves the right to deny the discount, recover any issued discounts, and refuse their participation in any future UnionPay promotions. This campaign is organized by UnionPay International. However, UnionPay International is not the provider of the goods and/or services and assumes no responsibility for the goods and/or services themselves.
