1. The amount on the receipt is the original transaction amount; the actual amount paid is subject to the card issuer's deduction information. The exchange rate displayed in the store is not the UnionPay exchange rate. Whether the discount requirements are met is subject to the transaction amount and exchange rate in the UnionPay system.

2. Steps to check discounts:

2.1) Bind your UnionPay card to the UnionPay App in advance.

2.2) Use the designated payment method for the event to participate.

2.3) Open the UnionPay App, go to "Card Management" - "Click on the transacted bank card" - "Transaction History" to check the discount amount.

* Discount information may not display immediately after payment; please refresh and confirm after 5 minutes.

* Not applicable for checking transaction details of UnionPay cards issued outside Mainland China (including Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan) after participating in events abroad.

3. If you have any questions regarding the discount after the transaction is completed, cardholders may call the Lotte Duty Free Customer Center for inquiries.

4. Event discounts do not apply to designated brands; details are subject to in-store announcements.

5. This event is only applicable to UnionPay card transactions routed and settled through the UnionPay network.

6. The addition of new stores or special circumstances at certain stores may result in individual stores being unable to participate in the promotion (some unmanned vending machines and stores within large shopping malls may not be usable or eligible for discounts; when a merchant belongs to two categories simultaneously, the discount will be automatically applied according to the category of the merchant code, with no option to choose). If you confirm after purchase that the discount was not applied, it is recommended to request the merchant to cancel the transaction and re-transact after confirming with UnionPay customer service to enjoy the discount.

7. This event cannot be used in conjunction with other UnionPay card promotions.

8. In the event of a refund or return, only the actual amount paid by the cardholder will be refunded, excluding the discount amount.

9. Quotas for the event are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis according to the order of actual transactions. The event will end once the quota is reached and may end earlier than the announced end date.

12. When using dual-brand cards and selecting a non-UnionPay payment channel at the merchant, the discount cannot be enjoyed.
