1.     Promotion Period: 2026-09-01 to 2026-09-30 (including first and last day). Redemptions are subject to quota and campaign budget availability. Offers are granted on a first-come, first-served basis according to the actual transaction completion time. The promotion may end earlier if the campaign budget is fully utilized, any early termination will be announced through UnionPay's official channels.

2.     Transaction must be made using UnionPay Card (card number starting with ‘62’) or UnionPay Mobile Pay that is linked to a UnionPay card starting with '62'; and through the UnionPay Network. Transactions made via online payments and third-party platforms (such as AliPay, WechatPay) are not eligible for this offer.

3.     Each eligible UnionPay card is entitled to a maximum of one (1) redemption throughout the promotion period. One (1) redemption refers to the total number of time paid at JCU's offline payment counters. If an eligible card has already redeemed this promotion, the same card will not be eligible for the same promotion during the promotion period.

4.     Eligible transactions will receive the instant discount immediately. The final charged amount after discount shall be subject to the SMS notification, bank statement, or mobile banking display provided by the issuing bank. The amount shown on the sales receipt or payment page may reflect the original transaction amount before discount.

5.     In the event of any refund or cancellation of an eligible transaction, only the actual amount paid by the cardholder will be refunded. The instant discount will not be returned, and any redemption already used will not be reinstated.

6.     In case of any issues or if the card cannot be used, please contact the customer service of the card-issuing bank.

7.     UnionPay International will not provide any compensation or issue a new discount if the user is unable to receive the discount due to technical issues, personal reasons, or any other reasons, such as a lost or expired card, pre-authorized transactions posted after the transaction date due to delayed system posting, insufficient balance, unsuccessful deduction, system malfunction, unsupported device, the application not being updated to the latest version, or the location function not being enabled.

8.     In case of any fraud, misrepresentation, abuse of benefits, unlawful conduct, or violation of the terms and conditions of the promotion, UnionPay International reserves the right, without prior notice, to disqualify any cardholder and/or cancel, revoke, or claw back any or all benefits granted. UnionPay International further reserves the right to deny participation in any future promotions, and to seek compensation and/or take legal action as deemed appropriate depending on the severity of each case.

9.     UnionPay International is not the supplier or provider of any products or services and shall not be responsible for any products, services, or ancillary services offered by the merchants, which shall be solely responsible for the same. For any inquiries or disputes, cardholders should contact the relevant merchant or service provider directly.

10.   The promotional materials are permitted solely for promoting UnionPay activities and must be removed after the promotion ends. UnionPay International is not responsible for any unauthorized use thereafter.

11.   UnionPay International reserves the right to change, cancel, or amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
