1. The amount on the receipt is the original transaction amount; the actual payment amount is subject to the deduction information from the card-issuing bank. The exchange rate displayed in the merchant is not the UnionPay exchange rate; please consult the merchant regarding whether the purchase actually meets the promotion requirements.

2. If cardholders have any inquiries regarding the promotion after the transaction is completed, they may contact the Shinsegae Duty Free Customer Service Center.

3. The promotional discount does not apply to designated brands; details are subject to in-store announcements.

4. This promotion is only applicable to UnionPay card transactions routed and settled via the UnionPay network. Purchase amounts from different payment methods cannot be combined.

5. Newly added stores or certain stores due to special circumstances may not participate in the promotion (some unmanned vending machines and stores within large shopping malls may be unable to use or enjoy the discount; when a merchant belongs to two scenarios simultaneously, the discount will be automatically applied based on the scenario of the merchant category code and cannot be manually selected).

6. In the event of a refund or return of a transaction, all received gifts must be returned.

7. The promotion may end earlier than the announced closing date.

9. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, the terms and conditions of the promotion are subject to change.

10. When using a dual-brand card, if the merchant chooses a non-UnionPay payment channel, the discount cannot be applied.

11. All promotion rules and precautions are subject to the announcements of the Shinsegae Duty Free Customer Service Center; Shinsegae Duty Free reserves the right of final interpretation for the promotion.​

*Purchase amounts for certain brands, including L.VUITTON, CHANEL, HERMES, CARTIER, BVLGARI, TIFFANY, C.DIOR, OMEGA, GENTLE MONSTER, and Korean electronics, will not be included in the total eligible spending amount. Electronic prepaid cards and vouchers cannot be used for certain brands and products; please consult each brand counter or the Customer Service Center for details.
