Single-badge UnionPay cards issued globally, card number starts with "62"

During the promotion period, cardholders who use UnionPay payment methods (including physical cards, Mobile Pay, and online card number input) at offline and online merchants across Jordan can enjoy an instant 5% discount with no minimum spend required, capped at 5 JOD per transaction.

Limited to 2 transactions per card per day; maximum 30 transactions per card during the entire promotion period.

Mobile Pay: Includes NFC wallets (e.g., Apple Pay, Huawei/Xiaomi/Vivo Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay) linked to a "62" UnionPay card.

*Third-party wallet apps linked with UnionPay cards are not eligible.

1.Promotion Period

From September 22, 2026, to February 28, 2027 (both dates inclusive), or until the campaign incentive fund is fully depleted, whichever comes first. The time zone is based on the UnionPay backend system time (GMT+8).

2.How to Participate

Users must successfully register for the campaign via the QR code or designated link (uPlan registration) to participate.

3.Quota Limit

Quotas are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis according to actual transaction sequence until the budget is exhausted.

4.Definition of a User

The same device, same user ID, same registered mobile number, same mobile number registered with the bank, same bank card (physical card), or same ID number will be regarded as the same user. Virtual mobile numbers are not eligible for participation.

5.Transaction and Refund Rules

Only valid consumer transactions are eligible. Cancellations, pre-authorizations, refunds, or abnormal transactions do not qualify. In the event of a refund (full or partial), only the amount actually paid by the cardholder will be refunded, and the discount amount will not be refunded. Refunds must be returned via the original payment route; cash refunds are not accepted.

6.Amount Calculation

Merchant receipts and invoices will display the original price before discount; the discounted amount processed by UnionPay can be checked via bank SMS notifications, uPlan discount records, or bank APP statements.

7.Exchange Rate Fluctuations

Due to exchange rate fluctuations, the real-time exchange rate at the time of refund may differ from that at the time of deduction, resulting in a difference in the actual refunded RMB amount. UnionPay International does not accept claims for compensation regarding exchange rate differences.

10.Compliance and Fraud Handling

Users shall not engage in fraudulent transactions, illegal profit-making, malicious use of multiple accounts/devices, or use robots/crawlers. Once discovered, UnionPay reserves the right to disqualify the user, revoke discounts enjoyed, and pursue legal action. Users who maliciously arbitrage will have their fraudulent funds reclaimed, be blacklisted, and be denied participation in future UnionPay promotions.

11.Disclaimer

UnionPay International is not responsible for any inability to participate due to unsupported user electronic devices, card functionality restrictions, or third-party system issues.

12.Specific Restrictions

Purchases of gift cards, stored-value cards, and similar transactions are excluded from this promotion.

13.Organizer's Rights

This campaign is organized by UnionPay International, and all rights of interpretation belong to UnionPay International. Merchants are under no obligation to explain the rules to cardholders; for any questions, please contact UnionPay International customer service directly. To the extent permitted by law, the organizer reserves the right to adjust rules according to campaign execution (including promotion period, discount amount, threshold, quotas, etc.), which will take effect immediately upon publication on the campaign page.
