Overseas UnionPay cards (card number starting with 62) or UnionPay-powered wallet apps

3. Eligible Card Holders:
Users who use UnionPay cards starting with 62 issued outside the Chinese mainland or UnionPay-powered e-wallet QR code payment services outside the Chinese mainland
4. Promotion Details:
During the promotion, users who make purchases using UnionPay cards starting with 62 issued outside the Chinese mainland at the POS terminals of participating merchants by inserting or tapping their card, or by presenting the QR code from UnionPay-powered e-wallets outside the Chinese mainland are eligible for a 30% discount (up to CNY 50 off). This offer is available once daily, with a monthly cap of twice per UnionPay card. The quota for the promotional offers is shared among all participating merchants. During the promotion, there are 3,000 slots available on a first-come, first-served basis.

1. Anyone meeting any of the following criteria will be regarded as "one user": using or owning the same device, same registered mobile phone number, same mobile phone number registered with a bank, same physical bank card number, same ID card number, or same app user ID. Users should use their own devices, app accounts, and bank cards to participate in the promotion.
2. Split bills are not allowed. If any user needs to make multiple purchases, they need to line up again. A cashier has the right to reject the user who jumps the queue from participating in the promotion.
3. In the event of any refund or revocation, the rebate amount will be deemed void, and the actual amount paid will be refunded to the original card. The discount will be deemed used.
4. For discount failures caused by user-related reasons such as incompatibility of user device, app not updated to the latest version, loss report of cards, replacement of cards etc., the discount quota will not be compensated.
5. To enable more users to benefit from this promotion, China UnionPay and the participating merchants reserve the right to withdraw discounts, recover discounts that have already been issued, and prohibit future participation in any UnionPay promotional activities for users who exploit or are suspected of exploiting UnionPay's discounts in violation of the promotion rules or in improper ways, as well as the tools they utilize, including but not limited to, mobile phone numbers, bank card numbers, and app accounts.
6. Only transactions processed through UnionPay network are qualified for the promotion. Stored value types such as vouchers, redemption coupons and pre-paid cards, alcohol and tobacco products are not part of the promotion.
7. The time records of all activities of this promotion will accord with UnionPay's back-end system timing (Beijing time). In case of a force majeure event or change of situation (such as a major disaster event, suspension or adjustment required by authorities, suspension caused by a system failure, or damage to the rights and interests of consumers caused by illegal or cheating activities), to the extent permitted by law, UnionPay reserves the right to adjust, suspend, and terminate the promotion, which will be effective upon announcement.
8. By participating in the promotion, users agree to the promotion rules. For any inconsistency between the rules and in-store notice, users can appeal to UnionPay. UnionPay will then solve such inconsistency promptly.
9. Due to possible network delay, the available quota on UnionPay APP coupons are only for reference.
