UnionPay platinum and diamond cards issued in countries or regions outside the China’s mainland

This benefit is divided into phases. After registering for the promotion, UnionPay platinum and diamond cardholders issued in countries or regions outside the China’s mainland can enjoy one free airport CIP service for 1 person if they accumulate offline consumption of RMB 500 or more in the China’s mainland during the promotion period,  and RMB 1,000 or more for a one-time free airport CIP service for 3 persons. Offers are limited on a first come first served basis.

Each qualified UnionPay card can only register for the benefit once after meeting the requirements during each activity period. After receiving a benefit coupon, the cardholder must present the coupon code to use the benefits at the applicable airport within 14 days from the date of receipt. The coupon will not be reissued after it expires.

After receiving the benefit, the cardholder can enjoy domestic airport CIP service at more than 50 airports nationwide, including check-in assistance, fast security check channel, and airport lounge service. How to use:

1. Registration path: Enter the "U Rewards" platform to register.

2. Redemption method (after already reaching the standard): After receiving the coupon for reaching the consumption requirements, the cardholder must present the coupon code to use the benefits at the applicable airport within 14 days from the date of receipt.

1. After registration, the cardholder must accumulate the consumption of RMB 500 or more with the registered card for offline consumption through swiping the card and QuickPass (including contactless cards and mobile contactless payments), UnionPay QR code, bank app, and UnionPay App at physical merchants in the China’s mainland, and then the cardholder will have the opportunity to enjoy one free airport CIP service for 1 person, and RMB 1,000 or more for a one-time free airport CIP service for 3 persons. Benefit coupons will be issued to eligible cardholders within 2 days after the qualified consumption transaction is completed. Each qualified UnionPay card can register for the promotion once during each promotion period. Successful registration does not mean that a benefit coupon has been obtained. Coupons are allocated based on the date and time when the activity consumption threshold is reached. They will be issued on a first-come-first-served basis, until the quota is full, and registered cardholders will not be notified in advance.

2. After receiving the benefit coupon, the cardholder must present the coupon code to use the benefits at the applicable airport within 14 days from the date of receipt. The coupon code can only be verified once. Once verified and confirmed by the staff, the benefit coupon code will be considered to have been used.

3. During the validity period of the coupon code, the cardholder can present the coupon code at the designated reception point of the applicable airport. After the staff verifies the coupon code, boarding pass and other relevant identity information, the cardholder can enjoy the service by scanning the code for authentication and verification.

4. This benefit is only limited to airport CIP service for domestic flights departing from airports in the China’s mainland. The content of airport CIP benefits includes check-in assistance, fast security check channel, and airport lounge service. There are certain differences in specific services between different airports. Please refer to the relevant content of service details.

5. Single person benefits are limited to the cardholder himself/herself. For benefit for 3 persons, cardholder can enjoy the service with up to two accompanying guests who must get on the same flight as the cardholder.Children under the age of 2 will not be counted in the number of accompanying guests, but those over the age of 2 will be counted in the number of accompanying guests.

6. This benefit does not require advance reservation, and the cardholder can use it in real-time after redemption and authentication at the airport. The airport service network is constantly updated. Please check and confirm the latest airport service network before using the service.

7. To ensure the normal use of the service, the cardholder and accompanying guests must arrive at the airport within 90 minutes before the flight departure time and enjoy the service according to the benefit usage process. Due to the limitations of airport service resources, some airports cannot provide dedicated boarding reminders. The cardholder and accompanying guests must pay attention to the dynamic flight information to avoid missing the boarding time. The waiting time is 2 hours/time in the airport lounge. If the flight is delayed, the waiting time will be implemented according to the local airport regulations. In case of changes in civil aviation policies or in airport resources, the actual situation of each airport shall prevail. If airport lounges are saturated, the use of lounge services may be limited. 8. Charity and social service transactions, transactions occurring at online merchants (including but not limited to OTA, cross-border e-commerce platforms, and various shopping apps) and any refund transactions will not be eligible for this promotion. The region, date, time, amount, exchange rate, etc. of consumption transactions shall be subject to the final records of the UnionPay card background system. Eligible consumption transactions are only counted as eligible transactions generated from successful registration to the end date of each activity period. If there is a return, the amount of the qualified transaction will be deducted accordingly.

9. In order to enable more cardholders to enjoy this benefit, UnionPay International has the right to restrict or cancel the cardholder's eligibility to participate in activities, and to cancel or withdraw the benefits already issued without further notice, including but not limited to the following cases: (1) Conduct false transactions or illegal transactions; (2) violate activity rules or use any means or tools that violate integrity, such as system vulnerabilities and plug-ins, to obtain rights and interests; and (3) restrict the eligibility to participate in UnionPay activities due to violation of rules in other marketing activities before participating in UnionPay.

10. This promotion is for the use of the cardholder only. The benefit is not transferable, nor can be used for any commercial promotion or other purposes, or exchanged for cash, other goods or services.
