From 1 May to 31 May 2025, UnionPay cardholders can enjoy exclusive offers when making purchases at designated participating merchants in Pavilion Kuala Lumpur using the following payment methods:

• UnionPay cards (credit / debit card numbers starting with 62 or 81)

• Apple Pay and other UnionPay mobile QuickPass

• UnionPay QR Code (including UnionPay Yun Shan Fu (云闪付） app or other apps supporting UnionPay QR Code payment)

All of the above payment methods must be made with or linked to a UnionPay credit or debit card with a card number starting with 62 or 81. 

Promotion Offers:

• Offer 1: Get RM20 off with a single purchase of RM250 or more (only applicable for UnionPay QR Code payments)

• Offer 2: Get RM180 off with a single purchase of RM3,000 or more (applicable for UnionPay cards and mobile QuickPass payments such as Apple Pay or UnionPay QR Code payments)

 

Remarks:

1. Each card is entitled to a maximum of 3 redemptions (Offer 1: 2 times and Offer 2: 1 time) during the promotion period.

2. Eligible cards must have a card number starting with 62 or 81 and transactions must be routed through the UnionPay network to qualify.

3. Transactions made via UnionPay Online Payment (UPOP), on-local routing, on-us transactions, or third-party platforms (e.g., Alipay, WeChat Pay) are not eligible.

4. Limited redemptions available, based on a first-come, first-served basis. Promotion ends once the quota is fully redeemed.

4. Transaction Requirements: Transactions must be routed through the UnionPay network to be eligible. The following transactions are not applicable: UnionPay Online Payment (UPOP), on-local transactions, on-us transactions, and payments made via third-party platforms (e.g., Alipay, WeChat Pay).

6. Refund Policy: In case of refund or return, only the actual amount paid by the cardholder will be refunded. The discount amount will not be returned and the used redemption will not be reinstated.

7. Receipt Information: For real-time discounts, the printed receipt may show the original amount. The final charged amount will be reflected in the card issuer’s statement, SMS notification, or official online platform.

8. Currency Exchange: For foreign currency transactions, the exchange rate will follow the rate published on the UnionPay International website on the transaction date.
