wthin Promotional period： Users of UnionPay App can get a discount of up to 10 RMB when they spend at least 2 RMB via scanning (either merchant scanning or user scanning ways) at designated key merchants in Xinjiang region.
Each user can enjoy the discount once per day across all participating stores, with a monthly limit of 4 times (The promotion shares the same discount quota. Each customer can enjoy the discount only once per day and up to 4 times per month).
All participating merchants share the same daily quota, which is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

1.​​User Definition​​
Users meeting ​​any one​​ of the following criteria are considered the same user:
Same device
Same registered mobile number
Same bank card reserved mobile number
Same physical bank card number
Same ID number
Same APP account
Users must personally visit stores using their own devices, APP accounts, bank cards, QR codes, etc.
2.Discount Priority Order​​
Default priority: ​​Instant discounts/coupons > External rewards > Red packets​​.
Adjust order via: My > Settings > Payment Settings > Discount Priority Order.
Failure to align payment methods with the set priority may result in missed discounts.
3.Anti-Split Order Rule​​
Splitting orders is prohibited.
Only ​​one payment​​ is allowed per checkout queue. Multiple payments require rejoining the queue.
Violators may be denied participation by cashiers.
4.Refund/Reverse Transaction Policy​​
Refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will invalidate the discount.
Full refunds revert to the original payment card; partial refunds are ​​proportionally refunded​​.
The discount usage count is consumed regardless of refund type.
5.Self-Service Limitations​​
Discounts not claimed due to:
Unsupported devices
Outdated APP versions
Card suspension/replacement
Missed opportunities will not be compensated.
6.Anti-Fraud & Misuse​​
Benefits are ​​non-transferable​​. Improper use (e.g., location spoofing, bots, fake transactions) may lead to:
Account suspension
Benefit reversal
Permanent exclusion from UnionPay promotions.
7.Eligible Transactions​​
Only transactions routed via UnionPay network qualify.
Exclusions: Stored value products (vouchers, prepaid cards) and tobacco/alcohol.
8.Event Authority​​
All timelines follow ​​UnionPay’s backend system time (Beijing Time)​​.
UnionPay reserves the right to ​​suspend/terminate​​ the event due to force majeure, fraud, or regulatory requirements.
9.User Consent​​
Participation implies acceptance of these terms. Discrepancies in store listings may be reported to UnionPay for resolution.
10.Quota Display​​
Remaining quotas shown in the APP are approximate and subject to real-time availability.
