How to Redeem:

1. Select products and proceed to checkout on Pinduoduo App;

2. On the checkout page, choose “Pinduoduopay/UnionPay QuickPass/Apple Pay” and complete the payment using a UnionPay card issued in the specified regions/institutions. The instant discount will be applied automatically (actual discount amount is subject to card issuer’s statement) when applicable.

2. Discount applies to online payments made with specified UnionPay cards issued in the specified regions/institutions on Pinduoduo App.

3. Total 270,000 redemptions available on first-come-first-served basis. Cut-off time based on actual payment completion time recorded by UnionPay International Co Ltd (“UnionPay International”)’s system.

4. Failed transactions (due to insufficient credit limit, transfer restrictions, card status issues, network errors etc.) will automatically release discount quotas without compensation.

5. Each Dedicated UnionPay card can enjoy up to 10 discounts during promotion period, counted collectively across both tiers.

6. Only one discount tier applicable per transaction (no stacking), automatically selected based on the order value. Discounts cannot be combined.

7. For refunds/partial refunds, only the actual paid amount will be refunded (discount amount excluded, in proportion) and the redemption count will remain deducted.

8. UnionPay International/Pinduoduo reserves the right to cancel discounts and reclaim benefits if fraudulent activities (e.g., high-frequency transactions) are detected.

9. UnionPay International only provides payment discounts. Products are provided by merchants on the Pinduoduo platform. Issues regarding product quality and after-sales services, please contact merchants or Pinduoduo platform online customer service for assistance.

10. For system errors affecting discounts, please provide transaction proof within 7 business days for verification.

11. These terms are provided in Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese and English. In case of any discrepancy, the Simplified Chinese version shall prevail.
