1. This promotion is open to any person who is of 21 years old or above and has Galaxy Ultimate Full Membership only.

2. Participation in this promotion constitutes an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3. The Lucky Draw Game Session of the event will be held at counter near stores G007 & G009B at Galaxy Macau Promenade East from 12pm to 10pm on July 14 – September 14, 2025.

4. All eligible persons may participate Lucky Draw Game located at the counter near stores G007 & G009B at Galaxy Macau Promenade East by fulfilling one (1) of the below requirements during event period. Details are as below:

All eligble persons who present either the original same-day shopping receipt (5.1 and 5.2)*; or a valid hotel key card with cover (5.3); or the original same-day show ticket (5.4), are entitled to participate Lucky Draw Game during the event period (from 12pm to 10pm on July 14 – September 14, 2025). Fulfillment of different participation requirements will correspond to the different numbers of lucky draw entries, more details as below.

*Any eligible shopping made after 10pm is allowed to be used to participate in the lucky draw on the immediate next day before 10pm.

5.1. 5.1.1. Spending of MOP500 dollars up to MOP999 dollars grants one (1) lucky draw entry.

5.1.2. Spending of MOP1,000 dollars up to MOP1,499 dollars grants two (2) lucky draw entries.

5.2. A single purchase of below spending amount or more at Galaxy Macau integrated resort (including Broadway Macau) in any restaurants or outlets (including Galaxy Cinemas, G Box, VR Immersive Experience Center, SPAS and Foot Hub) or retail outlets at Galaxy Promenade; AND settled by a valid UnionPay credit or debit/ ATM card** successfully with featuring the “UnionPay” logo (collectively “UnionPay Card”), UnionPay Contactless Payment or UnionPay QR Code via the UnionPay network grants corresponding lucky draw entrie(s):

5.2.1. Spending of MOP500 dollars up to MOP999 dollars grants two (2) lucky draw entries.

5.2.2. Spending of MOP1,000 dollars up to MOP1,499 dollars grants four (4) lucky draw entries.

5.2.3. Spending of MOP1,500 dollars or above grants six (6) lucky draw entries.

5.3. Each valid hotel key card with cover for any one (1) of hotels at Galaxy Macau integrated resort (including Broadway Macau) grants one (1) lucky draw entry.

5.4. Each show ticket for Galaxy Arena, Broadway Theatre, and G Box grants one (1) lucky draw entry.

6. Each eligible person is granted up to six (6) lucky draw entries per day.

7. During the Lucky Draw Game Session, each eligible person should scan the QR code showed on screen to participate Lucky Draw, which will randomly draw a prize from the screen (winning rate 100%) determining the prize result. The relevant prize will be delivered to the eligible person by way of an electronic voucher via Wechat App or physical redemption letter.

8. All prizes are final. No change or swap is allowed.

Other Terms and Conditions

9. Any purchases/hotel stay/show tickets made or purchased prior to or after the Event Period will not be applied towards the promotion.

10. Any spending receipts / hotel key cards with cover / show tickets / electronic vouchers / coupons that has been mutilated, altered, copied, hand printed, forged, water damaged, manipulated or tampered with in any way, or which contains any computer programming, printing, mechanical or typographical errors, will be considered NULL and VOID and will not be eligible for any usage.

11. All prizes are non-transferable and not for resale.

12. Proof of identity by showing the valid and original identification documents (such as passport, travel document, ID card, or residence card) will be required for verification of the winner at the time the prizes are claimed.

13. All electronic vouchers / coupons are non-transferable and not for resale.

14. New Galaxy Entertainment 2006 Company Limited (“Galaxy”) shall have full authority to disqualify any persons who fail to present the valid and original proof of spendings per clause 5 above, including without limitation for those who claim or report lost of the valid and original spending receipt, hotel key card with cover and/or show tickets.

15.Galaxy reserves the right to amend the promotion content, promotion time and prize value at any time without prior notice.

16. Lost, stolen or any expired game ticket(s) will not be reissued and will become NULL and VOID.

17. Galaxy reserves the right to cancel this promotion, amend the promotion Terms and Conditions, amend the promotion content schedule, prize or adjust the details at its sole discretion.

18. Galaxy shall have full and exclusive authority to interpret all Terms and Conditions relating to this promotion in case of any disputes.

19. Employees of Galaxy and its affiliated companies are not eligible to participate in this promotion.

20. Failure to adhere to the promotion Terms and Conditions will result in disqualification.

21. All eligible persons participating in this promotion agree to abide by all the rules and conditions as published and amended and shall accept as final and binding decisions of Galaxy. In consideration for participation in this promotion, each eligible participate irrevocably authorizes Galaxy to print, publish, televise or otherwise distribute their name, voice or likeness in any medium. Each eligible participate hereby accepts and agrees to the foregoing conditions.

22. In any case, Galaxy will not be responsible for any direct or indirect loss, damage, loss of profit or other economic loss caused by any delay, loss, error, unrecognition or corruption caused by damage, loss of data or other problems in processing, uploading or other technical problems of computers, networks, telephones, websites, servers, and all participates shall waive all claims and demand against Galaxy and/or any of its affiliated companies, together with each of their respective directors, shareholders, officers and employees for their losses or damages.

23.By participating in this Lucky Draw Game, the participants hereby authorizes Galaxy and/or any affiliated companies (the “Group”) to collect, use, store and process by any means the participants’ personal information (including without limitation, name, contact number,email address and Galaxy Ultimate Club number) (hereinafter the “Personal Data”) for the purpose of Lucky Draw, redemption of prizes and verification of identity. You hereby fully agrees and understand to the Terms and Conditions of this Lucky Draw, and authorizes your Group to collect, use, store and process automatically or mechanically any Personal Data provided by you, for any marketing and promotional purposes in respect of our news, promotions and other services such as F&B, hotels & accommodations, retail, cultural and entertainment services, and to customize our marketing offers and to facilitate our market research & surveys, as well as for direct marketing purposes. 24.In the event of any dispute relating to anything set out in these terms and conditions, Galaxy reserves the sole right to make the final and binding decision. Galaxy also reserves the sole right to amend or change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice or recourse.

25.After the event, for participants who participated in this event but did not win the prize, unless laws and regulations require a longer retention period, Galaxy and /or its affiliated companies will delete or anonymize the personal data of the relevant participants who did not win the prize

26. The Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail wherever there is a discrepancy between English and Chinese version.
