How to register for the promotion:

3.   Log in or click “Create and account” to register

4.   Click “Add UnionPay Card”

5.   Fill in credit or debit card number, then click “Next Step”

6.   Click “Done”

7.   Select the card you want to register for the promotion

8.   Registered successful, then click “Understood”

1. To enjoy the discount, cardholders must first register with UnionPay and make payment at participating merchants by using a registered UnionPay Card.

2. Limited to 3 redemptions/card/month, with a maximum discount of THB 3,000 /card/month,

3. The promotion is limited to 110,000 redemptions throughout the promotion period on a first-come, first-served basis.

4. Recurring payments or auto-renewal transactions are not eligible for this promotion.

5. The amount displayed on the sales receipt or payment page may reflect the full price prior to discount. The actual amount paid after the discount will be reflected in the SMS notification and in the cardholder’s bank statement or mobile banking application.

6. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, or coupons.

7. When multiple UnionPay promotions are available, cardholders are entitled to only one promotion. The system will automatically apply the promotion offering the highest discount or benefit.

8. The discount cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.

9. In case of any issues or if the card cannot be used, please contact the customer service of the card-issuing bank.

10. For any issues with the discount not being applied after use, please contact UnionPay customer service via Facebook Messenger at “UnionPay International – Thailand” for further assistance.

11. In the event of refunds, only the amount actually paid by the cardholder will be refunded, excluding the discount.

12. If case of refunds or cancellations for transactions that enjoy discounts, the user will be deemed to have forfeited the discount. The actual payment amount of the order shall be refunded to the user's original payment card. The quota is considered as used.

13. UnionPay International will not provide any compensation or issue a new discount if the user is unable to receive the discount due to technical issues, personal reasons, or any other reasons, such as a lost or expired card, insufficient balance, unsuccessful deduction, system malfunction, unsupported device, the application not being updated to the latest version, or the location function not being enabled. 

14. UnionPay International is neither vendors nor service providers, thus UnionPay International is not responsible for the products or services provided by the merchant. Any obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services shall be borne by the merchant.

15. The promotional materials are permitted solely for promoting UnionPay activities and must be removed after the promotion ends. UnionPay International is not responsible for any unauthorized use thereafter.
