All UnionPay Cards starting with 62 or 81

During the promotion period, UnionPay cardholders with cards issued outside Australia who withdraw cash of equal to AUD 1,000 or over in a single transaction at an UnionPay card enabled ATM in Australia via UnionPay network can enjoy a cashback of AUD 5. Each card is eligible for a maximum of 2 cashback opportunities during the promotion period. Offers are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

1. 1.     The offer is only valid for ATM cash withdrawal transactions completed via the UnionPay network. Transactions conducted through other networks are not eligible for this promotion.

   2.     The offer is open to UnionPay cardholders with cards issued by non-Australian card issuers (hereinafter referred to as “Cardholders”). UnionPay cards issued by Australian issuers are not eligible for this offer when withdrawing cash at ATMs in Australia.

   3.     During the promotion period, Cardholders who withdraw cash in an ATM via UnionPay network in Australia with a single transaction amount of equal to AUD 1,000 or over will receive a cashback of AUD 5.

   4.     Each UnionPay card is eligible for a maximum of two cashback opportunities during the promotion period.

   5.     Only ATM withdrawal transactions that are successfully completed and settled are eligible for this promotion.

   6.     The amount displayed on the ATM screen and the receipt is the original withdrawal amount. Cashback rewards are not reflected at the ATM or on the receipt. The actual cashback amount received by the Cardholder and the cashback credit date are subject to the issuing bank statement. The cashback posting date is usually the day after the withdrawal.

   7.     The actual cashback amount credited is based on the UnionPay exchange rate on the posting date and may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations.

   8.     This promotion only applies to ATM cash withdrawal transactions and does not apply to balance inquiries, money transfers, or other types of transactions.

   9.     Extra fees are charged by the ATM-owning bank or operator will not be calculated into the withdrawal threshold amount and will not be eligible for cashback calculation.

   10.  Transaction time is aligned to UnionPay backend system records.

   11.  Cashback reward funds for this promotion are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis until fully used.

   12.  In case of malicious cash withdrawal, fraudulent transactions, or other violations of the promotion rules, UnionPay reserves the right to disqualify the Cardholder and pursue legal liability.
